The woman said "Our UPS hasn't been delivered today" so I would be unable to get my package. I asked her when she expected the delivery so I knew when to return and she said, "We have no idea." WTF? So the UPS Store has "no idea" when their OWN TRUCK normally delivers? I felt like they were being lazy and uninterested in helping their customers. They could have told me to "come back right before closing" and I would have been fine with that. Or they could even have told me to come back tomorrow. But to leave the customer in suspense by saying "we have no idea" about the customers package is simply unacceptable. Hopefully they get a clue about proper customer service. I will avoid this business in the future.

They held a lot of standard merchandise behind the counter, I assume due to space. Service was friendly. I was greeted quickly and when I asked a question, I was quickly helped and led to the counter. Price point is still a bit high, especially for used items such as controllers which are still fetching $50 used. Overall, solid 3.5 experience at this GameStop location.

Parking was easy (a key data point in Glencliff) and the clerk who helped me was knowledgeable and nice... and a bit shocked at the age of my phone and that the original battery had held up for so long. He walked me through my needs and wants and I picked a battery that will (hopefully) do the job for another [redacted] years. I now know not to leave it plugged in all night. Progress!

Easily the greatest costumer service experience of my life! I came in with an old digital camera…read morethat had been sitting dead for 10 years that I couldn't get to charge, and instead of just selling me a new battery they tried a few different things to get the old lithium battery back up and running. When we realized the charging cord I had didn't work they pulled out this battery charger that adapts to different sizes and proceeded to check that it all worked and then sold it to me at 2/3 the price. The shop is also really clearly organized and clean, very easy to find things if you aren't in the mood for asking a bunch of questions like I was. If you are thinking "I'll just buy it on Amazon" try going here first! Places like this need to stay in business, and their expertise is way more helpful than just ordering something you THINK will work
