My pre-K student is building a strong academic foundation and my 2 year is being fully supported in his potty training. Their days are full of active play focused on learning. The price is highly competitive with the area day cares. When I was expecting my first I visited about a dozen of the day care centers in town. My biggest frustration is this school seems to prioritize high-performing students while children who struggle are treated as a problem instead of being supported. Despite small class sizes, it felt easier for them to remove a child who needed extra patience than help him succeed. A school should stand by children when learning is hard, not push them out. No family should have to explain to their child why a school they love no longer wants them. Find a school that values all learners, not just the ones who make things easier.
