All of the staff were happy & helpful. After getting set up I recieved a full tour of the space and it was perfect. Besides the wonderful equipment, the extra amenities made it even more special. Stream room, sauna, cold plunge, the whole nine yards. Very happy I found myself here and will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

But I guess it keeps the riff-raff out, and none of us want that. Also, I don't know why there are kids there, but a handful of times there have been young boys in the locker room goofing off. I mostly do strength training and cardio here and it's pretty solid for that. Occasionally you wait for a machine or a bench like any other gym, but overall pleasant experience.

I enjoy that you can tune into several TVs while you work out if you bring headphones, and it is nice to be offered a towel instead of having to bring my own. As others mentioned it is crowded during times you would expect (4-7pm "rush hour"). The classes are pretty good, lots of variety and depending on the spin instructor, downright rigorous. Classes vary in difficulty from instructor to instructor rather than across the type of class itself, so if you like a class but it is too hard or easy, just try another night. Personal training is also reasonable and I have enjoyed working with Alison (~$330 for 6 sessions, I believe ). Finally, it is nice that the pool is salt water instead of chlorine and the locker rooms have a few nice touches like swimsuit dryers.

For those who…read moredon't know, KMax is an amazing instructor and will push you out of your comfort zone while also being super empathetic when you need to take breaks during the workout. Versa is only 30 min but it's such a crazy hard workout that although hard, isn't hard on your joints. With the class being dark, you get to zone in and really focus on yourself and your workout.
