Lots of signs about checking phones during their workouts and I had to ask several people several whether they were finished. Just a bad habit I wished was enforced. The recreation center has a pool and gym and very active. The parking lot is normally full so I normally park on the street. I'm glad this is a city facility that is frequently used by its citizens.

Luckily we called around and found this establishment was ahead of the program. This hidden gem saved the day as my godson's were leaving the state today. The facility was clean and the lifeguards seemed knowledgeable though not the friendliest. Neither was the front desk lady. One female lifeguard was friendly though. I understand rules for safety but one rule still has me baffled. My godson was using one of their floating devices in the lap pool and he was told only swimmers doing laps can use them. Not like anyone was doing laps and I didn't see any harm using it. The price was great as well. For my children ages 5, 8, and 10 was $12.00 for an all day pass. .

Based on that, we trusted the process. Then communication from Lily and Aiden completely stopped. For three straight weeks, multiple follow-ups were ignored. When Lily, the Chief of Staff, finally responded, there was zero accountability for the lack of communication. Instead, the response was dismissive and defensive. At that point, we were told our son could play--but not on the team we were originally assured wouldn't be an issue. By then, the opportunity for him to play with his friends was already gone. This wasn't a complicated situation--it was simply handled poorly from start to finish. The lack of responsiveness, organization, and basic professionalism is unacceptable, especially for something involving kids. The entire experience felt careless and poorly managed. If you're a parent considering this organization, don't rely on what you're told upfront and be prepared for little to no communication when it actually matters.

We experienced problems with the refs, the field managers and the organization of the league itself. We had refs that were hanging out with friends on the sidelines instead of working, we had refs telling other refs they were going to end up in jail after the games for fighting, and refs that were saying "oh well this is the way is". We had 12 and 13 year olds playing​​​ against 15 to who knows what age group as some kids didn't even have jerseys for some of the games. The league does not follow or teach the refs any of the rules as every game was inconsistent and different from the last, or some refs just didn't care about following rules altogether. If you want your child to play flag, specifically non-tackle football...I DO NOT RECOMMEND this league. The refs do not care if your child gets hurt. In the 20 years I have had kids in sports, this is the worst league to be a part of.​

After a lengthy discussion, they let us go in anyway! We were so excited and thankful because it was 100 degrees out and the nearby playground was not an attractive option. Thank you to the staff who made an exception, understanding that there was no way for us to have found out about the closure ahead of time unless we had called.

Plus this organization not only "supports drunk people running around in the hot, arid summer air" they also have fundraising and charity events and get 20 & 30 somethings together weekly in an active event. And if you think kickball is "easy" I'll have you know it was hard to walk for about 2 days after my first practice. And if you pitch it's basically like doing lunges for an hour and a half. The games are fun to play and fun to watch and whoever wins at the end gets the magical Golden Boot as a prize. Man, I'd like to touch the boot.

It was an EMPTY CUP and she yelled at me to throw it away after I had been in the facility for a hour and half. Why can't I have an empty cup? They sell coffee and people don't have lids on and other people have yeti cups all over. I definitely felt targeted. I was holding onto said cup to recycle it and THE CUP was EMPTY! Seriously she was so rude. I hope I NEVER ever have to come back to this facility ever again due to how they treat people. There was nothing in the cup. Ugh, I hate Aurora and this just adds the grossness to the area with the rude employees. Avoid at all costs. It would get a ZERO stars if that was an option.

I did not notice it at first but after the first wash I realized that some of the hair was straight but the ends were completely puffy.I made the mistake of going to get a touch up thinking they would give me a touch up a full price but reprocess my ends at no charge since it was the stylists mistake.Not only was I charged with the price of getting a full relaxer because I asked her to reprocess my ends,but she also relaxed the hair that was already straighten and did not need to be reprocessed.Which can lead to hair damage and breaking.In additional to that she rinsed my hair in warm water!!! Anyone who knows anything about hair should know that your hair should be rinsed in cold water to close the cuticle.Lastly the new growth that I was going in to get processed was only partially processed!! I will not be returning to this school after this last visit and if you want to protect your hair I advise you to pick another school or salon to take your business to.
