Poor customer service. I received a gift for my kids and one of the boxes had a small tear on the side but it was still attached and in original packaging. Not something open or a toy that is damaged... since there was a small tear the guy at the cashier wouldn't replace or exchange for me the item and basically i was stuck with it. This would have been easily returned in Target or any other store that sells toys. I wouldn't recommend buying there! read more

I went back with my bf as Learning Express started stocking more squishmallows. My bf and I decided to wait in line and got a 8" Bernice the Boba during their big ISO restock event. We went back the next the day and got a 12" Babs the Blue Jay. Isaac was super friendly and offered water to us as we waited in line. Isaac also helped my bf get a refund on one of the Squishmallows as the charge was incorrect. I definitely recommend going to and supporting their store and definitely appreciate Isaac's friendliness! Will be back again. read more

Pretty cool store with lots of gadgets for kids. They love this stuff. I am a teacher and we were given a "calm box" with a few items found in this store. Fidget spinners, pop toys, and squishy balls are what all the kids were going for. The screams when kids walked in was hilarious. They have board games and activity books for teachers. Lots to look at. I gave it a three star because there were no teacher discounts and the toys were pretty pricy. read more

Awful customer service. For the place that sells overpriced toys that are available on Amazon with prime shipping at the fraction of the cost the customer service is below any standard. My kid regularly buys so much crap from them but they had to kick her out saying she's under 18 and cannot be without an adult inside while I'm looking at them and drinking coffee right next door. Very bad costumer service! I have purchased from them for years for my three kids. When I wanted to exchange a small toy for my kids they wouldn't do the exchange because my daughter had opened the box already. They could've made an exception and do the exchange being that we were exchanging not returning and being that it was a small item. They help you when buying but if you do happen to have a problem once you have purchased the items; they not longer care about helping the costumer. read more

Love love love this store! I think I am as excited to visit as my daughter is! They have toys, games, and more for every age group. In my past life I was a teacher and later an Assistant Principal, so I am very particular about the educational toys and books that I buy for my baby. Every time we visit this store I leave looking like Santa! :-) There is always something new! The staff is bilingual, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Worst store ever!! I've been a loyal customer for 5 years. I came in with my 2 kids several times a month and spend hundreds of dollars. I was at that store last night with my 2 kids. My 4 year old really needed to use the restroom. I asked several times and was told the restroom was broken. I've been told this for 5 years, but luckily was always able to take them next door to juice and java. Last night Juice and java was already closed. We were in line waiting to pay and my son was crying and shaking because he just needed to pee. I asked again. The sales girls cold heartedly told me no. I told them that it's a little boy, can they just make an exception, ounce again i was told no!!!! This is a toy store, where 99.9% of the clients are parents with children. The way we were treated last night is inexcusable. We will never step a foot in this store again!!!! My son started to pee his pants and had to pee on the side walk. read more
