This place is run Horribly, no-one wants to help you. There is no customer courtesy, staff disregards customer concerns and jus t dismiss you & says that's not job. Parking lot a disaster. Between police check points and bad drivers. This is not the place to shop. Why did I go back...

It's like the whole place is in slow motion!

As I'm currently standing still in line and have only moved 10 feet in 25 mins, no exaggeration, I literally looked back to check, I really want to leave, but I've invested to much of my time already, I'm bored and have to wait anyway. This store should either be closed DOWN, or complete new management, team staff members, complete overhaul. It's really sad as I'm looking around. As I read the other reviews, they're all true, sadly all of the bad ones... I live 20 mins away, soooo, Ain't turning back now, but DON'T come here if you're in a hurry. Update: start time in line: 7:10pm Check out: 7:58pm

Going to Walmart can be challenging at times. I prefer Target myself but if you go to Walmart, go after 10pm when it's much quieter. If I went during peak hours, I'd rate this place a 1 Star because of all the truly unpleasant patrons that go. Arguments break out all the time and people just so unhappy and wanting to get in your face. The prices here are lower than most places and their choices are unbelievable. The main reason for me going is to buy their brand of flavored carbonated water called Clear which comes in multiple flavors. My choice is the Black Cherry which comes in plastic or cans. For $.25 a can you can't beat it and you'll loose weight drinking it too! There's little to no after taste and it's far better than Diet Coke or Coke Zero. I even brought a large cup of ice and started to sample all the flavors which is how you really need to try it. Obviously you'll need to pay for the opened bottles. Flavors include: Raspberry Blackberry Orange Cream Lemon Kiwi Strawberry Strawberry Pineapple Coconut Black Cherry Key lime Mandarin Orange Blackberry Lemonade Fiji Apple Pear White Grape Give it a try and thank me later...

Safety, they have real problems there. They gave a policeman there but not enough. It's hard to get assistance from employees.

Aventura Mall will always have a special place in my heart…read more Growing up in Miami Beach we often would take the S bus down to Aventura and just hang out. Back then, the S Bus would drop you off at the entrance of the food court and the mall was just 2 floors but look at Aventura Mall now! Completely unrecognizable to the Mall I remember as a teen. Especially since it seems like the average stores I remember are gone and it's all Prada, Gucci, and luxe stores now, but I'm not gonna knock it too much as I took full advantage and stocked up on my Nespresso pods while I was here. At least they still have JC Penny's. I was able to find a Miami Hurricanes shirt to bring back to my dad as a gift. They also have a Joe and the Juice store which I always stop by when I'm here and get a green tonic from them. I have to admit; I like how they revamped the food court so that its modern and has a wide variety of options. They even have a ramen kiosk! We also stopped by the new Eataly store, how can you not right? We didn't eat anything there, but I took advantage and bought some items they had priced on sale. In all honesty, I could see myself coming to Aventura often if I still lived in South Florida. I've always it made it a point to come here when I do visit and will probably continue to do so in the future.

From the moment you arrive, everything about this place feels elevated. The scale alone is impressive--it's not just a mall, it's an experience. You'll find an incredible lineup of designer and luxury boutiques, alongside popular brands, making it easy to go from high-end splurging to everyday shopping all in one visit. Whether you're browsing or on a mission, the selection here is unmatched in South Florida. What truly sets Aventura Mall apart is the variety. The store mix is perfectly curated--fashion, beauty, home, accessories--you name it, it's here. And it's not just about shopping. The dining scene is just as strong, with a wide range of restaurants and cafés that make it easy to turn a quick trip into a full day out. From casual bites to more upscale dining, everything feels thoughtfully selected and consistently high quality. Parking--something that can make or break a shopping experience--is refreshingly easy here. There are multiple garages and plenty of spaces, which is a huge plus, especially for a destination this popular. You never feel like you're fighting just to get in the door. The entire mall is beautifully designed, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern, open feel that makes walking around enjoyable. There's also an upscale, energetic vibe that makes every visit feel a little special--whether you're shopping, dining, or simply strolling. This is, without a doubt, my go-to mall in South Florida. I absolutely love coming here--it never disappoints. If you're looking for variety, luxury, convenience, and a polished shopping experience all in one place, Aventura Mall delivers every single time.

It just puzzles me how places like the Ipic cinema or any of the restaurants can present themselves in such a filthy way, their excuse being that its not their responsibility to do it, but, still, its the face you are presenting, go pick up the trash in front of you, its your planet after all. Anyway, apparently there is a new security/management company and they seem on top of their game, the mall is spotless now (maybe fat Dezer read my review). Really personable managers Carlos and Willie are making sure the mall is now well kept as far as trash, there's a nice lady in a golf cart with oversize tweezers picking up stuff, nice. ...but don't go on weekends, there's an out of control crowd that rent big party boats, mostly black people for some reason and they come back totally trashed and really misbehave, hey, have to call it like it is! The Duffys white middle-aged burger eaters are not the type to forgive their already ingrained stereotype and the shitfaced crowd disembarking are just what they want to cement their discriminatory thoughts. Admittedly they are mostly out of town tourists having a good time and don't give a shit how they are being perceived, shame really, all I ask is don't chuck your Hennessy bottles in the mangroves, its so hard to get them out of the tangled roots), oh and just because every other word in a song nowadays is ''fucking'' it doesn't mean you have to repeat them.
