The variety of learning express is pretty amazing. You can definitely tell that they pay attention at trade shows to see what is going to be the next fun item for kids. On our most recent visit, I found a plastic magnifying glass and some new mermaid tail dive toys for my daughter. She loves to look at and test out the new toys they have displayed. read more

Very overpriced toys. One cashier today for checking people out and checking people in for the craft today. Long line to check in for the craft today. Not enough trays for the craft today. It was frustrating to see a box of supplies under the table and be turned away. I suggest that if the craft session fills up a sign can be posted by the craft tables and the cashiers saying the class is full. It would save people from waiting on a long line only to be told the class is full. Heading over to Mangelsen's to find a craft to do. read more

Saw their "sponsored post" on Facebook advertising their Popmart Labubu for sale. I left a comment asking if they ever get the tempura shrimp earphone case in stock (which can be hard to find). To make sure that they're authentic, I then checked their reviews on Google. And good news, they are! But they're charging customers THREE times the price. I went back to their post and commented "nevermind, you guys are charging 3x the price" and they IMMEDIATELY removed my comment and then blocked me. Don't waste your time and money going into the store. I've been able to snag 5 different labubu from the Popmart app for my kids birthday. It does take patience, but it's better than being epically ripped off by this store. read more

Just wanted to share a great experience at Learning Express. My son was asking for certain Pokemon cards for his birthday that were almost impossible to find and very expensive everywhere online. The staff was very helpful in assisting me, answering my questions and helping me find what I was looking for. They called me when the hard to find set was in and I was able to get it for my son's birthday at a price that was way more reasonable than anything I had seen online. Thank you!! read more

I absolutely love Learning Express Toys!!! I had never heard about it before my sister told me my nephew made a birthday registry! She sent me a link with a list of all of the toys, masks, and games he chose that he would want for his birthday. I thought this was such a fantastic idea for children, especially now with COVID-19, it's nice to have the option to share a list for family and friends to choose from. Learning Express made it so easy to choose what I wanted to get for him. I had the option to order online and pick up in store, or to go to the store to choose a box with his name on it with all of the things he chose. I ended up ordering 2 things online and went in the store to pick them up and then purchased 2 more items! The staff there are super nice and make it a fun and easy experience! I loved the set up as well. It reminded me of old toy stores I went to when I grew up! I picked up a few catalogs on my way out to share with my friends how great this store is! I look forward to shopping here again for any Christmas needs and hopefully order from another registry! read more

Very cool little store! Recommend place for finding toys for an active mind. Lots of hand eye coordination toys, toy building, fidgets, interactive games, and more. If you're looking for a local toy store owned by local people, Learning Express Toys is a great one to check out! They have practically every type of toy you can imagine! They also have many toys that kids can play with but also learn something at the same time! We recently bought a cyber claw that we had to put together, but in doing so, my son learned about levers, pullys, and hydraulics! They also have a huge selection of squishmallows which are so cute and fluffy! The staff at Learning Express is also so friendly and helpful, they make me feel super comfortable shopping there! read more

Original: I bought something for my grandson for Christmas and it didn't work for him. I didn't have a receipt, and would have settled for store credit, but was told rather rudely that it couldn't be done. Makes me feel that customer satisfaction is not their purpose for being in business. Would have thought that for $15 they would have happily given me the credit knowing that I more than likely spend more than that and would then be a repeat customer too. Other retailers in town would be a better choice. read more

I never been to this store, let alone the mall that it is located in and was pleasantly surprised. Located confidently to a mall entrance, so was easily found. Being a week before Christmas it was crowded like expected, A little tough to navigate with all the children running around and the store being on the small side but I am sure it wouldn't be like this always, so I did not mind. There are tons of toys, craft projects , Lego, to choose from and it made the shopping experience fun. I was thrilled to see that they had a small display of freeze dried candy, as it is something I have not yet found in stores in Omaha. Only one they had left was the Bit O honey, which is my favorite anyway so I grabbed a few. Checking the prices , they were comparable, if not the same as other businesses which is a plus. The line was long checking out,,,, again Christmas,,,, but everyone seemed to be in good spirts and it went quickly. The staff behind the counter was very friendly and easy going even with the chaos going on in the store ( a child knocked over a display and it went tumbling ,, they laughed it off as it was an every day thing and took it to heart). I defiantly will be back, but will try to save it for a day where its less crowded and I would have more time to look around. read more

Throwback handheld video games, logic puzzles, and bike lights available at this awesome, not your average toy store. Check the three points below: 1) I saw some throwback hand held video games. Remember the one with the red dashes as football players? Yep, they got that here! 2) A lot of challenging logic games on sale. Puzzles where you have to connect the pieces just right to make a complete electrical circuit . . . Techy! 3) Ever wonder where to get those lights to put in between the spokes of a bike? Well look no further! Can't decide on what color? There are some super cool ones that change color! A great place to peruse for gifts! read more

I learned about Learning Express when my daughter became interested in the new fad, Rainbow Loom bracelets. Learning Express has the Rainbow Loom products and has a good selection. They also have a program where if your child (or you) makes a number of different bracelets specified on a card, they get a free bag of rubber bands--a nice incentive. The store is located inside Regency Shopping Center, next to the Bonefish Grill entrance. It's a nice little store, jampacked with all sorts of toys and educational stuff for kids. They offer free giftwrap and I think it would be a great place to go if you need a birthday gift for a kid. The staff is very nice and interested in helping you. I don't find that is always the case in these smaller specialty stores. We've been in probably 4-5 times in the last few months and we plan on coming back. read more

I needed a couple toys quick before heading to a party and this was perfect! I really didn't want to go into a huge obnoxious toy store but I also didn't want a small selection with high prices. Learning Express Toys is just inside the Regency Paradise Bakery Entrance and has an amazing selection with TONS of great deals! The staff was friendly and not overbearing, and the store is laid out with age and activity in mind. Very impressed! read more

Lots of cool toys, problem is they essentially have a no return policy. If you open the item and it doesn't work then it's too bad I guess. Most frustrating thing is manager sat in his office and relayed this his employee who then came out of his office and relayed the message. I won't go there again... well maybe just to let the kids look around play with the toys and then buy them elsewhere where they believe in a return policy and get it cheaper on top of that. read more
