In that time she helped me go from a very basic high school level to actually being able to carry on complete conversations and read novels in Spanish. I can't recommend Leah enough! Before I started working with her, I was in the odd position of understanding a good amount of Spanish but not great at speaking or writing. I felt self-conscious about my abilities and didn't know where to start. Then I found Leah! I've been working with Leah in a one on one setting for a little over a year now, after deciding to take up Spanish again, many, many years after my last class in high school. One of the great things about Leah's teaching style is that she finds out why you want to be there and tailors your lessons to help you reach those goals.
