Sessions got set as 2 hours. After 2 weeks I realized I had used up all of my hours which was not my intention. I called them back to discuss and Mark told me over the phone that I set up my account wrong. I informed him that I didn't set up my account, and that I had done it over the phone. He informed me that someone on their end must have messed up. I requested to change to sessions every other week at the 2 hour interval, and he told me that he could set that up. Now my account shows that I have no sessions scheduled, so I think they cancelled my account! Not very easy to work with on the client relations side, definitely do not recommend. Once he went back to school I had tried to cancel in late July only to be persuaded to pause for a month to see if he still would need services. I asked his teachers and they said he made great progress, but additional services would not likely be needed, especially since they cost $250/mo! I went on their site to see how to cancel online and it lead me to deleting my account since the link it says to go to to cancel just has information on how to pause or change your current account. When trying to delete your account is a 2 month process, no matter how good the services are, I cannot in good conscience recommend them. Do better Varsity Tutors, do better
