The Director of operations "Ms Paulina " seems to have hit her head, because in every single interaction she will intentionally ploy tactics for her own agenda rather than actually considering the parent and their child. As a parent, I would never send my child to a place where they run themselves like a business only seeking money. Ms. Paulina will try to control every conversation, talking over you and you as a paying parent will never be right unless you seek out HR. Even that was hard to do with her as she was trying to protect herself. I had to reach out to their sister schools to reach any progress in refund as I was removing my daughter from this establishment. My child came home several times talking about a boy who would hit her and other classmates. As I spoke with other parents they were also aware of this problematic child and staff would just shrug it off instead of removing the problematic child from the establishment.

They are a great source of information for parents when they have questions, they also execute on their promises to come to a resolve. I am very appreciative of their care to my 4 year old son. This is not one of those day cares where you leave a child and the child doesn't come back with knowledge. My son just turned 4 and he already writes his name, numbers and identifies all of his letters with phonemic recognition. My baby girl has learned SO much in such a short time and it warms my heart. Safety for the kids and staff is extremely important from COVID precautions to property safety and even practice drills for anything necessary. The Directors immediately get back to you and the app they allow parents to use communicates throughout the entire day with updates on meals, bathroom, accidents and even photos! She is part of their Early Childhood Intervention program and the increased knowledge of their staff about recognizing and addressing developmental delays has been critical in her development. Brighton's practice of inclusion where both children with and without disabilities and delays are taught together is extremely important to me. They have a lot of baby's and to be honest it looks like they could use more teachers but instead they are cramping the baby's with toddlers and toddlers with afterschool. I watched on the camera app (which is very grainy and has no sound) and the teachers would literally just ignore him. There's no cameras outside and I had enough of this place when I surprise picked him up and he was sitting outside in the heat next to the door scream crying and no one was paying him any attention. They said he had been crying the whole time. I literally can't believe it. Pick him up! Nurture him! Help him feel safe! Instead they took away his stuffed animal puppy and just let him cry. Sending my 18 month old boy to this place is my biggest regret as a parent so far.
