The house is listed for one price and I probably would've offered something just a little bit less and got stuck paying that, but with your negotiation tactics and all the work you did getting the repair guys to come out and give estimates really made the difference in getting the price down way below what I ever would've expected. I'm very happy that I used you and if anybody I know is buying a house I will gladly recommend you.

She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and accordingly can quickly narrow down the prime areas for productive "house hunting". Once a house in on the short list, she made sure that we were familiar with the shopping, etc that was nearby. Importantly, she also monitors the sale so that common delays are avoided. She completely cleared her calendar for us so that we could find a house in a short 4 day trip to the area. This was the most positive home purchase we've had!

No one seems to be on the same page and the disrespect is insane. Also when I moved in they told me they would clean everything and fix anything from wear and tear from the previous renters and they never did.

Wow, Stephanie, you need more reviews! Here's a well-deserved one:…read more Some years ago, Stephanie helped me buy my fist home. And just today, she finished helping me sell it. She said she would help me find an affordable house that would sell big. So about 6 weeks ago, when it was time, I called her back and she delivered on her word. Selling the home you got married in doesn't require just an agent... It requires a friend. Thank you Stephanie for doing all the hard work and easing us though the process. You're a wonderful agent, a wonderful person, and I hope and pray that Adriana and I can come back to Austin to work with you again.

AVOID AT EVERY COST!!! JASON HUVAL IS A NIGHTMARE TO WORK FOR OR WITH. As an experienced real…read moreestate investor, attorney, and agent, I have run across very few people as incompetent and lazy as Jason Huval, who runs Central Metro. He is frequently unavailable, and his general advice every time we worked for him or encountered an issue that needed him to step in, was to simply give more of my commission to the other agent so they could do it instead. It was ridiculous. We would run into issues getting correct information for transactions due to Jason and Vito and other staff giving inconsistent information or being generally unavailable. My lenders also disliked working with them. When I got a complaint lodged against me because an opposing agent was furious that I had left her a bad review due to her incompetent behavior throughout the transaction, Jason told me to gather all of my info to respond. Jason then, being too lazy to write the response as he is supposed to, simply dropped me as an agent because writing a 3 page response is just too much work for Jason. You see, that is what Jason does. He ignores phone calls for nearly a week, then tells you to just pay the other side off (because it's my money, not his, so he doesn't care). He lazily has you do the work while he collects his dues so he can focus on his property management company, but if he is asked to do something he doesn't have the time. I then wrote a response and was able to respond to the complaint. There are PLENTY OF OTHER 100% COMMISSION agencies out there that are cheaper and provide better support. Check those ones out. One I spoke to even remarked to me that he knows Jason and that Jason stole their entire business model.

She said it needed a new fan and she could replace it the next morning.5/13/26. So she brought over a portable AC unit to set up for me but we couldn't get the window open to set it up so I just used my fans. When she showed up the next day5/13/26 she did an incredible job replacing the fan on the AC unit and it's now running fantastic again. She's so very Professional and answered all my questions kindly. I hope she's hired full time for the Artisan Apartments SOON. Bob Bykowski Apt 13225 The Artisan Apartments on West Parmer Lane

The location was nice, and the community was quiet. However, our experience with management was…read morevery disappointing. Discounts and move-in specials were not always honored until we provided proof of what had originally been offered. Management also did not respond to our emails unless we repeatedly called the office. Only a small portion of our security deposit was returned. We acknowledged the limited damage we caused and understood that we would not receive the entire deposit back. However, we had dated photographs showing exactly how we left the apartment. After identifying minor spots and wall stains, management charged us for painting the full apartment instead of touching up or repainting only the affected areas. There were rooms and walls that did not need to be repainted, and the evidence they provided did not justify charging us for a full-apartment paint job. For reference, the attached pictures show some of the "spots" management used to support the painting charge. Management emphasized that we were the first residents, but we lived there for approximately two years. An occupied apartment cannot reasonably be expected to remain in the condition of a never-occupied unit. The walls were thin, and the paint marked and stained very easily. Our supposedly brand-new apartment also had several construction issues. A window literally came out during our first week, and maintenance had to address multiple problems during our first month. I have photographs and communications documenting these issues. I contacted corporate about our unresolved concerns, but they did not answer my questions or provide meaningful assistance. I have lived in several apartments throughout the Austin area and have never had an experience like this. I would think twice before renting from another property managed by this company. After this experience, I looked up the management company and found that it also has a low rating. Based on the lack of communication and assistance we received, I understand why. I also noticed that management has dismissed some negative reviews as spam rather than directly addressing the concerns raised.
