One major issue I've reported multiple times is a loose stair nose that poses a serious safety hazard. Despite bringing it to their attention over 4 months ago, they have failed to fix the issue. Today, I almost fell due to their negligence, and now the stair nose is completely broken, making the stairs even more dangerous. Rai, who handles these requests, has shown no urgency in addressing this. The contractors they hire are incredibly unreliable--cancelling appointments last minute, rescheduling, and then never showing up or responding. This company's lack of professionalism and care for its tenants' well-being is shocking. I would strongly recommend against renting or buying from them, as they clearly don't take safety or customer service seriously. Although a bit farther out than I had initially wanted, almost as soon as I stepped out of the car, I felt like I was home. Claire and I met with an apartment leasing agent, and we toured a couple of apartment floorplans. We returned to the leasing office to review the available units. I had my heart set on a third story place, but there was a first story apartment with a yard available, and I pounced on it. I started the application that day and heard I had been approved a few days later. It's been almost 4 months since I signed my lease and I am still in love with this apartment!
