We met with him several more times before our daughter's wedding, and with his calm, patient approach, Briar became more comfortable each visit. By the time we left for the wedding, Jared was walking all three dogs together--and Briar didn't even need her muzzle. I can't thank TLC, Lynn, and especially Jared enough. She is affordable, has 20+ years in the business as a Professional Vet Tech, your dogs trust her immediately, and you genuinely feel you can trust her too. My wife and I have 2 dogs : A 15 year old rescue that requires pills morning and night for her arthritis, and ear drops once a day for a chronic ear issue that must be kept at bay. Our other dog is a diabetic min pin who has gone blind due to the diabetes and occasionally now will sadly have seizers (not just anyone can care for these type of dogs) . Neither dog does well outside my home/yard these days, or with strangers. So boarding was not an option whenever our family needed to leave town I had to bother a close friend to come over daily and work around their schedule, etc. And I didn't trust the neighbor kid to follow through on timely feedings. Then I was introduced to Shannon. She is actually more affordable than a kennel/dr office, comes to my house twice a day walks, feeds, and medicates the dogs and my dogs never have to leave the house (A stress free situation for us all). And I feel safer about her doing this than a friend because she was a trained Vet Tech for years. We actually have Shannon do the ear cleanings and nail trim too. She comes to us, I don't have to load everyone to the Vet! And she charges is about the same as the Vet does! It' a life saver. You'll love her too.

My husband is out of town 4 days a week and I am gone 11 hours each day for work, so having someone pop over to play with him is very necessary. The Yelp reviews led us to Summer and after our meet & greet, I was really excited about the arrangement! She asked a lot of questions about his history, his training, allergies, etc, and took notes. I immediately felt that he would be in good hands. Zippy was neglected/abused in his previous life and has some fear aggression with strangers, but Summer quickly earned his trust and he is as excited to see her now as he is to see us! The pictures and videos she texts each time she is with him make my day! It means a lot to know that your dog is with someone who loves him as much as you do, and that someone is Summer. When I tell you that we didn't have a clue... well we really had no idea what we were signing up for. Cooper blended in immediately with us and our 3 young kids. But, it was hard to walk him. He reacted towards everything in his path with a very loud bark and we would just completely tense up. It was getting to the point where we didn't want to walk him. We were not enjoying our beloved dog. Then the worst happened our sweet poodle bit another dog and a family member all within a week of each other. By the grace of God.. we were contacted by Bailey. After a long talk with her and a few tears (from me) we set our first appointment. After that we met with Bailey and Hector and got signed up. Initially Cooper wasn't making progress and we had to stop training and get refocused. We leaned in on crate training and we really made Cooper the priority. Bailey was a calm and reassuring voice always a phone call or quick text away. Hector taught us so much!! Cooper is an almost perfect dog now. Haha? We now know exactly how to walk him. At first, I was hesitant because we live in an apartment and aren't home during the day. Hector and Bailey made the process incredibly easy by providing a lockbox so they could safely pick Kaiya up for training. They were always professional, respectful of our home, and kept us updated with photos, videos, and weekly progress reports. Kaiya already knew several commands before training, but what we were missing was clear communication and structure. This program completely transformed our relationship with her. She now walks calmly beside us instead of pulling, is much more focused and obedient, and we have the tools to work through her normal puppy moments. One of the biggest takeaways was that this program doesn't just train your dog--it trains you as an owner. The private coaching sessions and homework helped us stay consistent, which made all the difference in Kaiya's progress. We've also attended a group class, which was a fantastic opportunity for Kaiya to practice her skills around other dogs in a structured environment. As a last stitch effort, I reached out to my Nextdoor network and several names came up, including hers. Since our dog was a pup and new to our home, I wanted someone with him 24/7 versus dropping in. Kim responded immediately, I met her in person, and called 3 of her references. She is as sweet as could be. We really took a chance letting a complete stranger stay in our home thinking- she could either rob us blind, or turn out great . Kim was amazing!!! She bonded with our puppy, taught him some tricks and literally just loved on him all day while also taking him outside like 10 times a day bc he wasn't potty trained. She sent us pictures daily and would also FaceTime with us. For DAYS after she left, our puppy would go to our guest room and look for her. She is a wonderful and a kind human being who has a genuine love for animals. Lisa has helped me with Peyton - my middle dog - a Soft Coated Wheaton Terrier rescue who was traumatized and abused - without Lisa's daily visits and exercises, I am not sure she would be as happy and well adjusted as she is now. Lisa will shoot me a text if there is a change in her daily arrival time for any reason. Lisa is always super considerate about days that she will not be available and offers me an alternative professional from her network - but these are rare occasions - like her wedding and her baby's arrival. We were a little surprised and uncomfortable about paying upfront but since she was known by a family member we agreed. Our small corgi needed to be brought in and crated at night since coyotes were a concern after dark (830pm), however, no longer than 10 hours due to bladder surgery 5 years ago. The second night of Lisa's visit she crated my corgi way too early due to her personal plans and didn't intended to return until the next morning which would have left her crated for 14 hours. Lisa was unavailable so we had to make other arrangements to have someone come pick up my dog for the night. Just know that when her contract says she will make every "attempt" to adhere to a schedule, she probably won't and was unreliable for us.
