We just finished Hector and Baileys Transformation Program, and can't say enough good things about the experience. Hector and Bailey are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping both dogs and owners succeed. Our dog, Milo, made so much progress -- not just in obedience, but also in confidence and reactivity towards other people, dogs, buses--all of it! What I loved most was how they taught us to understand and communicate better with MIlo--and the importance of structure and boundaries to help him control his instincts while we build trust w him. If you're on the fence about investing in training, do it with Hector and Bailey. You'll see real results and have a great time along the way.

    Pack walk!

Hector and Bailey are absolutely amazing! I've tried training in the past and my dog Frankie was still reactive towards other dogs and leash pulled with no recall. He's now walking with ease and we were able to get rid of the harness and just use a leash and collar! He's even made friends with other pups on the free monthly pack walks. The day train is a fantastic option for anyone with a busy work schedule that wants hours of professional training dedicated to their pup. Frankie is much happier since Paws and Reflect has come into our lives. It's a great value and I highly recommend them if you feel like you're losing hope!

I reached out to Hector and Bailey for training for my dog, Simba (5yr old, boy shitzu). We had an initial phone conversation about my concerns/issues Simba was having and they were able to come and meet him before I actually signed up for a full program. I could tell they were genuine and cared for dogs. Hector was very knowledgeable and able to really assess what could help Simba and I. I ended up signing up for 12 training sessions and group classes. They offered great prices! I enjoyed the one-on-one session (and so did Simba. He even got excited when he knew we were going to see them). I loved that they were able to teach me more about training and what to look for. It helped the communication between Simba and I, as well as building our confidence together. He was a very anxious, scared dog..There were things I didn't fully understand until Hector explained why Simba behaves the way he does. But Simba has already made such a big transformation (confident boy, more attentive towards me). I still have some group training classes to complete & look forward to attending them with my family. I am happy and really enjoyed working with them (so does Simba). They even do their best to work with your schedule. If anyone I know needs a trainer, I will definitely send them towards Paws & Reflect. Thanks again so much guys!

-- Life-Changing Training (for humans too!) We didn't just train our dog -- we learned how to truly understand each other. These trainers helped our whole family grow closer, communicate better, and finally find our rhythm and peace at home. Turns out... the humans needed training just as much as the dog! Their guidance, patience, and structure made such a difference, but you have to be ready to commit to the process. If you show up and do the work, the results are absolutely worth it. Our home is calmer, happier, and full of tail wags instead of confusion. As they say: a well-trained dog equals a well-trained human! If you're 100% ready to start the journey -- contact them. Your future self (and your dog) will thank you!

Hector with Paws and Reflect, has been so helpful with our Shepard mix, recently rescued dog Ollie. Hector has helped myself and my family carry on his teachings between our sessions to Ollie. I recommend Paws and Reflect as they are very helpful.

Hector and Bailey are so energetic when they come help train my stubborn, dramatic husky. I love how they explain everything thoroughly and help you understand what your doing especially with my girls and ofcourse my dog. Its worth every penny as long as YOU they owner keep at it. Thanks Guys

So happy we found Hector and Bailey. We went through the entire program and are currently attending the fun group classes. Buster went from a very aggressive rescue dog to a calm little guy on walks, friendly at the park and even likes his crate at night. He always looks forward to a session with Hector & Bailey!

The pups absolutely loved Hector and had a blast learning from him!

Big thanks to Hector for helping our pups - and training me. He does a great job explaining what he is doing and why, and then teaching me how to do the same. Love watching our pups learn, and love to see them doing better!

Great experience! We have an 8-year-old rescue Golden…read moreRetriever who developed some habits we wanted to correct and weren't able to do on our own with traditional training. A couple of these weren't terribly serious, but we felt we weren't "in charge" anymore, that our dog wasn't getting the message from whatever we were doing, and that if we didn't do something different, it could really get out of control. Brad really helped us with this, where traditional "training" wasn't working. We have two or three things we're working on with our girl, but here is the most dramatic change we had with one issue. She is very food motivated, and would beg from us at the table whenever we sat down to eat, and would be underfoot in the kitchen during prep. She got overly excited and would not settle and lie down. Brad explained we weren't communicating well with her on a dog level, so to get that communication kicked in to gear, he actually started our session not with this problem, but with making sure she would not dash out the front door when it was opened. This was to establish that we were in charge and what was expected of her. What he showed us how to do worked like you wouldn't believe. It was like a light bulb went off for our girl. What we did affected everything after that. It wasn't about dashing out the door, it wasn't about begging for food, it was about knowing what was acceptable in our pack and to look to us for direction. That night, at dinner, she went to her "spot" with a simple direction and was relaxed during our entire meal. She can now be directed to her spot and will stay quietly any time we need her to. Best of all, she seems truly relieved that she doesn't have to be in charge and that WE are. She is much more relaxed around so many other things. It gave us so much more confidence! I didn't think that what Brad taught us would work. It's quite counterintuitive. But trust me, it worked like magic. This is not dog training - it's communication with your dog. Brad answers all your questions, doesn't waste your time, shows you clearly and directly what will work. We're so thankful we found him!

I met with several trainers before Brad & had little to no success in the areas we needed most, I was exhausted. Now for the first time ever, I can leave him home alone without the overwhelming anxiety and guilt that used to come with it. Our walks are actually enjoyable again, and I feel confident bringing him around friends and into new environments. What I appreciate most is that the training gave me the tools and confidence to understand and communicate with my dog better. I have my freedom back, and Cash is happier and more relaxed because of it. If you're struggling with separation anxiety, behavioral issues, or just want a better relationship with your dog, I can't recommend Brad enough. The impact has been life-changing.

Contacted the Dog Guru and he wouldn't travel that far and charged more than what the dog is even worth...he recommended one of his apprentices Eric, so I contacted him. My dog is a 7 year old Pom mix that I rescued 6 years ago. He has always been on the aggressive side and I never understood why.. I searched yelp for the top trainers in OC, many voicemails were full, Trainers weren't taking appointments until next year, or the cost of the training was upwards of $3,000. After leaving Eric a voicemail he called me back and asked me several questions about my dogs personality and the issues I was facing. We set an appointment for the following Sunday and he even reached out the day before to confirm. Eric arrived early for our appointment and brought the tools needed to work with my dog. He helped me to understand my dog and why he was behaving the way he was which a total paradigm shift for me. We went through several rules and guidelines that I would need to set with my dog around the house, then went out into the neighborhood to test out his preferred method for walking an unruly dog. I was shocked with how fast the training was with BIG results. I highly recommend! How I would describe my dog training experience with Eric: 1. Professional 2. Simple 3. Results Oriented Thanks Eric!

I didn't mention this to her, but I wanted to know if he was in pain because he has a high pain tolerance and doesn't typically show discomfort. The first thing she said was that he was in significant, constant pain, and she made several suggestions on how we could provide relief.
