We would have loved to get my pup in. :( I asked I think 3x for price packaging on doggy daycare with a promise to provide, but I still don't know how much daycare packages are. Im also surprised that no other staff member were able to provide this information; it was all vectored through Shelbi, and texting her directly. Initially, I was more understanding about the delay in response, but this has been on going for over a month. We had a tentative schedule for a complimentary half day, Shelbi said she'd "let the staff know", but there was no followup? At this point, I'm taking it Shelbi doesn't want my business. Wish it would have worked out, but this was disappointing and sad. I hope to try again one day and revise the review, seems like a really good place to take your pup.

Fast forward to now, I adopted two little rescues from the ASPCA. I wanted them to have time with other little doggies and called up Doggie Around. My information was still in their system (from my other doggies). They updated the information and offered me condolences for my loss. I had an outpatient procedure coming up and was hoping to get my two new doggies into the doggie daycare. Well they made it happen. I took them on a Friday for their initial assessment and was able to drop them off that following Monday. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this. It was such a relief to be able to drop off my little loves and know they are safe and having a great time. I feel their prices are reasonable and most importantly, the staff is super nice and they remembered my little doggies names when I took them back on Monday. I know fur parents know how wonderful that feels when they remember you and your babie's names. Thank you Doggin' Around!

The additional documented support for each sessions makes a "huge" difference, especially if working on a new item several days later. Birgit showed my husband and me how to show Elie that we were the leader of her pack in a non- threating manner and that she could trust us (she was with another family for 4 months before we got her so we think she may of had a bad experience prior to coming to our home). Birgit worked with us to teach Ellie the basics such as stay, leave-it, come and how to walk on the leash without dragging us like she was a sled dog.
