It gives me since a great sense of relief to have the ladies from Pit Stop come over and take care of my dog Sophie. They walk her, play with her and feed her when needed. They are extremely flexible and have always met my needs; I've even had them over several times in one day. I have two bigger, older dogs, who have special needs and behavior particularities (trust issues), and it just takes time and trust for my "kids" to be happy. Brandy, the owner, and her wonderful team, Emy and Rebecca, not only took the time to listen to all the details I felt were important to know, but they made sure to take heed of my recommendations and warnings, and took great notes to provide Tobe and Angel a smooth transition that they were not expecting with such short notice. Tobe and Angel weren't the "problem children" challenge that I thought they would be after all...Brandy and her team just have that naturally gifted comfort, control and confidence about them when they are around furry friends. I opted to choose the lock box option which is great, highly recommended and secure. The daily pictures and reports are also a great bonus. I look forward to seeing their cute faces and reading how their day went. It gives me lots of reassurance and peace. The prices are also more than reasonable. We have quite an assortment of animals (dogs, birds and a snake) and everyone of them loved Nicole from the moment she walkewd in the door. With one of my animals being a puppy, I was worried about leaving him without constant care. Nicole reassured me that everything and everyone would be fine. She came over twice a day and took all the dogs on a walk, brought in our mail, put our trash bins out (and brought them back in) and then provided me with daily email updates on all of the animals. I could tell that all of my animals were happy with the care they had received upon my return. I will definitely be using Nicole to care for my pets during every trip I go on. She is trustworthy and truly loves what she does, which shows in how happy your pets are even though you are away.
