I wish I would have known that these type of doctors are NOT ophthalmologists and are not specialized to deal with these issues. This has never happened at any other eye clinic. What shocked me most was that after dilating my pupils, he handed me printed material about "dry eye symptoms" and told me to read it -- even though I literally could not see because my pupils were fully dilated. It felt dismissive and made no medical sense. He repeatedly blamed my vision issues on "dry eye" and even eyelash loss, instead of addressing the actual cloudiness I clearly described. When I asked about cataract surgery, he discouraged it immediately and warned me I could "lose vision" because I had previous retinal laser, but provided no proper explanation or follow-up plan. When I was visibly upset and confused, he ended the appointment by patting my shoulder -- a gesture that made me even more uncomfortable. Overall, I left feeling dismissed, uninformed, and physically unwell. I will not return and cannot recommend this clinic.
