1st of all my agent claimed to be a top realtor nationwide and what he really was is A diva who Was rude And made claims about his status as a realtor that appeared to be totally untrue. His name is Chase Owen. The few times that I made requests for things to be done Chase Owen would say don't micromanage me and I know what I'm doingBecause I'm one of the top realtors both in California and in the period. He even would threaten to cancel our agreement for him to sell my house after I would just make a very simple request. When we had an offer on my house the offer was for about $20000 less than the asking price and I wanted toMake a counter offer splitting it down the middle. Chase questioned my Rationale for my counter and as a result I reduced my counter by a few thousand dollars. Later I found that the home two doors from me which was smaller sold for about fifteen thousand dollars more than mine. I just got the distinct impression that Chase Owen wasn't doing his best to represent me. I also saw an email from the selling agent to Chase that was inadvertently sent to me where they spoke in a very disparaging and unprofessional way about me. Even though Chase Owen told me he is onee of the top agents in Palm Springs ans the nation I could not find that anywhere online. I also couldn't find any reviews for Chase Owen anywhere. I am giving him two. Stars because the photographer he brought in did a phenomenal job. If you want a real estate diva like someone who thinks they should have their own HGTV show then Chase Owen may be your guy. If you want someone who is honest,sincere and professional I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

In my opinion Carol Corcoran was very unprofessional and rude. She was difficult to deal with and became angry every time she didn't get her way. She went to the extent of going through my Facebook page and contacted several of my friends who were in the real estate business and told them wild stories about me and my family. She spread lies and made untrue accusations about me. I've never had an experience like this before. I was shocked by the childish behavior of such an older woman. When dealing with her broker about these problems, he seemed not to have a care and approved of her behavior. If buying or selling a home in the desert, I would AVOID using this agency as they condone unprofessional childlike antics while conducting business. Andree Rojas scheduled a showing for our house. We had cancelled plans with friends to go to a Polo Match. We freshened up our house and packed up our dog and left. Forty-five minutes later our agent called us and told us that Ms Rojas never showed up or called. Our agent called her and she said that she and her clients were tired of viewing eight houses and, decided to go home. Never had the common courtesy to call and let our agent know of their changed plans. We are out driving around wasting gas waiting to come home. We left lights and music on in our house wasting energy. Don't use this agent. She is irresponsible and ignorant of common courtesies. read more

She was the buyers agent during the sale of my mothers house in Rancho Mirage, she was dishonest about many things during this process and caused much heart ache to my 80 year old mother.
