    Kids ice cream sundae
    Shan L.

Came here for an "ice cream social" because someone recommended it and was pleasantly surprised that they served regular food that was actually decent for 'diner like' food which is fitting for a creamery. It wasn't by any way life changing but if you're going for something very classic and ordinary then this is the place. You know how sometimes you just want a good old fashion burger or turkey sandwich, the OG form, nothing fancy or special, just classic then this is the place. Same to be said about the ice cream, the portions are absolutely ginormous. If you get the sundae, the kids portion looks like it's a 1/4 gallon lol and the adult size is probably double that. All the scoops come out in a giant glass dish and you'll likely only be able to eat half of it. The service was great and ambiance was fine- overall a very creamery like experience and better than I expected.

Fantastically fast service! Our Server Rob did an amazing job taking care of us and explaining how to order exactly what we were looking for! He made a great point to delicately walk through the requests we had and even let us take lovely photos for our quick little after work late night treats! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is so cozy and the overall cleanliness was so professional![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thank you Leatherbys we will be coming back! We bought the Banana split and the cheese fries which were TO DIE FOR! The best choices possible!

Our server Rob was so attentive to his tables, leaving each table feeling taken care of. I really admired his approach on asking if we were ready for our ice cream after our food was about gone. Great service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Definitely the calmest Leatherby's and the city (and cleanest)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Connor's Banana Split- this is the kids portion from the back of the menu ! Definitely enough for one

The ice cream here is incredible and the portions are massive. I highly recommend sharing! I love all the creative options here. The service is speedy and great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibes are very family friendly and also good for date night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Best of both worlds. I always like to order the banana split. They also have dinner food like hamburgers, sandwiches, salads and fries.

Like others have said, I would state that this is definitely a place for ice cream. It's the star of the show. As far as their food, it's basic American diner fare. We were in the area and I've seen pictures of the insane ice cream sundaes they have here, so we decided to drop by for an early dinner and a sweet treat. We were seated promptly and our server was friendly. We knew we needed to save room for ice cream, so I ordered the kids burger and my partner ordered chicken tenders. Both came with fries, the burger was fine and the fries were decent. My partners chicken tenders were okay, she did find one that was pretty cold and definitely uncooked though, it was basically still frozen. After looking at the extensive ice cream menu, we decided to split the chocolate raspberry rhapsody and we were so glad we just ordered one thing. It was HUGE! Vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, a brownie and raspberry topping. It was good, I think the giant sundaes are definitely the appeal here vs the ice cream itself. Overall I would recommend stopping by if you want to indulge in one of their giant sundaes, but I would skip the food.

Pretty solid ice cream place, not the best I've had but solid. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very family friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't know what else to say. It's not bad for a chain ice cream joint. Good variety of flavors.

Leatherbys is an old time feel ice cream establishment. We stopped today because at one time, there used to be a leatherbys in Las Vegas Nevada on Sahara avenue. My wife wanted to stop as it reminded her of her childhood. We dined in and had the Celeste's cookie concoction. What a delicious treat to share. The concoction was awesome, a lot of flavor and very decadent. The establishment was clean and the staff was super friendly. You can't go wrong with ice cream. Give Leatherbys a try, you'll simply love it.

We usually frequent the taylorsville location but decided to try the Draper one out with some friends. It was much smaller, but still very inviting and nostalgic. We had a great time and the food was great. The only food related issue was that my husband's chicken tenders tasted fishy. They do serve fish too so I wonder if they use the same oil for both. Everything else's was great though! The waiters were kind and quick to serve us. We would come again.

This place is fun. I've actually never ordered food here. I always come for the ice cream. The atmosphere is fun. It's in a good and busy location. Sometimes the service can be slow and other times it's fine. I'll have to try the food one of these times but the ice cream is just so delicious especially the ones with peanut butter!

Kicked us out after paying for ice cream and said this is for dine in only. Wasn't the nicest way of asking us to leave.

Solely basing this on the ice cream. It's solid and the portions are massive. That is all.

My personal favorite, after working my way through nearly the entire menu, is the Abigail Adams' Salted Crack Cookie with salted caramel, cookie chunks, roasted pecans, and smoked almonds. Definitely recommend reading the menu before walking in. We sampled 4 different flavors and each were underwhelming. They had a lot of fun flavors, but it was mostly an unflavored ice cream base with a bunch of mix ins. We got the oreo & ice cream sandwich mix in one and all we tasted was the great value brand ice cream sandwich in each bite. I wish the base ice cream had more flavor. The best part was the cone. They are served warm and the flavor was perfect. The cone carries the ice cream. It's also a spendier ice cream (we paid $9 for 2 scoops and a cone). For the price i'd recommend Coldstone instead. The experience was fun though. The workers were in costumes and all the decor was centered around the 1700s. The workers were so sweet and did a great job.
