It was fixed a year ago and then taken back over 4 times to be told you have to keep checking the oil. They lie about warranties. I then bought a Kia Sol with a used engine that was just put in and less than 3,000 miles later it now needs a new engine. When purchasing the vehicle I was told it had a warranty today I was told they never do warranties. I pressed them why I was given one with the Suv and was told that was a 3 month warranty. Not a place I can afford which is unfortunate when your disappointed by someone you think you know.

Called up spoke to someone about ordering them- they arrived next day- easy peasy. No prepayment over the phone "just we can get 'em they will be here tomorrow after noon". Show up 7:30 on a Thursday (my understanding was they don't take appointments) to have them installed- no wait, super quick in and out. Quick note for anyone unfamiliar with this location - you walk in the waiting room and enter the service area to pay and talk to the workers. I've never been somewhere with this kinda set up so I was confused. Plus there are no signs directing you. The waiting area is clean, has ample seating, and a small TV (wasn't on when I was here). They lost a star because initially I wasn't given an invoice just a credit card receipt- after I noticed an additional charge on the CC receipt I went back in and asked for an invoice to which FYI- I found out they charge a fee to use Cards. Now this was not told to me in advance and that is 100% something that should be mentioned upfront. I had cash on me and would of been happy to pay cash had I known about the fee. Spent about 30 minutes here- location was friendly. I did notice they didn't adjust the tire pressure in my other 2- tires which surprised me. They also didn't try to upsell anything- they did what I asked for and that was it.
