Very unimpressed. From the start I spoke with 5 different people (all at separate times) and each…read moreof them asked me the same questions. After not hearing from them for 2 months I reached out to them. They apologized for not contacting and told me that some how my case didn't make it out of the initial review process. Post accident I needed a disc replacement in my neck and a disc fusion in my lower back. After only 2 months of physical therapy they recommended I stop therapy because we were about to max out the other persons insurance limit of $25,000. They then went after my UIM coverage and was awarded the full amount. I was told I would receive between $10-15,000 with the settlement. I received a very meager $2,900 and Feller & Wendt received $16,600!!!! I feel very lied to and ripped off by this law firm. I will never use them again. :(
