I called the law firm, and the receptionist told me, "the person who can answer your questions about the case won't be in for another hour, so you better attend." I had to ChatGPT some response/plan as I had no idea what to say or do. About 10 minutes right before my court case, that lawyer finally called me and was asking me about the details of my case as if he had just learned about it. He told me that there was a "glitch" and that I should have been informed about the court case with more reminders 2 weeks ahead of the date. He called the prosecutor to cut a "deal" about 5 minutes before the case, which was the worst deal I've ever had with a traffic lawyer that left me paying near the original fine fee and 6 months probation. Based on his website and the obvious marketing he does with google I thought it would good for me to hire him. He did not do CRAP!! He missed a court date and I was caught standing there with my dk in my hands. The next hearing he didn't even know my name or know ANYTHING about my case!!! I later found out that it took him 3 times to pass the state BAR exam. He settles ALL of his cases and the offenders get the same sentence they would have gotten if they had no attorney at all. After the prosecuting attorney made me their offer based on the case that Kelly made I decided to hire another attorney. I had a legitimate case. I was pulled over in a construction zone going 2 miles over the construction speed. My new attorney actually looked into the case and proved that the construction zone sign placement on the road did not match the engineering plans submitted to UDOT. The cop had started his "investigation" (tuned on his lights to pull me over) before the actual "approved" construction zone began and got the charges dropped. ANY AVERAGE attorney that passed the bar exam the first time would have actually spent five minutes to look into the facts and defended the case. FYI attorney's take an oath to defend the innocent. This man will feed you to the court and take your money as he is laughing to the bank!!!

After not hearing from them for 2 months I reached out to them. They apologized for not contacting and told me that some how my case didn't make it out of the initial review process. Post accident I needed a disc replacement in my neck and a disc fusion in my lower back. After only 2 months of physical therapy they recommended I stop therapy because we were about to max out the other persons insurance limit of $25,000. They then went after my UIM coverage and was awarded the full amount. I was told I would receive between $10-15,000 with the settlement. I received a very meager $2,900 and Feller & Wendt received $16,600!!!! I feel very lied to and ripped off by this law firm. I will never use them again. :(
