My toe nail had grown deeply under my skin causing unbearable pain and an infection. Dr. Brieloff placed me on a medication to fight the infection and scheduled me for a procedure the following week. I was nervous because my toe hurt so pain that I couldn't imagine how he could perform on my toe without my kicking and screaming. Dr. Brieloff was able to numb my toe completely and I literally felt no pain at all! The procedure was quick, painless and my toe began to heal very quickly following the procedure. No follow up, not able to answer questions but was quick to say they can make me an appointment for me to talk with the doctor. Immediately declined that because I should not have to pay another co-pay to hear my results or recommendations from the doctor that I should've received a call from . I currently have no toenail on one toe because the doctor took it off, but never told me what the next steps are or if I should just wait for it to grow back. Just not good customer service or follow up by the doctor.

They X-Rayed my foot and said nothing was wrong. So I walked on it for about a month until a good friend suggested I see an actual foot doctor and recommended Dr. McKee. The amazing staff took great care of me. So polite, so professional. They took X-rays; found the fracture, and in a air boot I go. Dr. McKee took the time to show and explain the X-Ray to me and answer all of my questions. I was in and out fairly quickly, without feeling rushed. All my fears put to rest and a good feeling that, finally, my foot will be alright. Amy and Katie are off the hook in the front office, some of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. There's no insurance coverage analysis, or in or out of market review. And when I expressed legitimate reservations about it, the staffers gave me a hard time like I was raising a ridiculous issue. So basically you're agreeing they can charge your credit card anything they want. They could charge you ten grand for an exam, and there would be nothing you could do. This needs legislative or regulatory oversight.

Turns out I was misdiagnosed - I didn't have a neuroma which is what he gave me 9 injections for. The MRI that my next doctor ordered showed that there was no neuroma! So why the injections, which didn't work. When I received my 9th injection, knowing that 10 was the recommended limit, and still thinking that I had a neuroma, I asked, "is it time to consider surgery?" To which Dr. Dieboldt replied, "You need to think positively!! It leads to better outcomes." Really? If 9 injections didn't work, why would you be so naive to think that a 10th injection would do the trick? I quit his practice after that visit. He also had an insole/orthotic customized for me - but my current doctor told me that this insole is useless, and I've had to order a new insole that was molded to my foot. Fortunately I can think for myself and determine when I'm being given incorrect or patronizing advice. I wasted 9 months and $$ on this practice.
