Zero stars this company is shady and so is Relentless Tattoo parlor in Kannapolis. Literally towed my car for parking in the wrong spot while my small child was receiving a haircut by the barber next door. The Tattoo owner only needed to ask me to move my car but no he towed it charging me 200.00 and left me with zero way to get to my car. So basically me and my child were stranded in 100 degree weather. Absolutely heartless human and definitely something shady going on with these two companies. Please do not use them ! read more

Responsive and reliable towing. Technicians were friendly and helpful. What sets these guys apart are what happens when everything doesn't go according to plan. When a minor dent happened on my daughters BMW, they were very responsive and took accountability. That doesn't happen often these days. After the owner established i wasn't a scammer, he offered to pay for the full repair. I brought it to JL Hinson Paint and Body, where they did amazing work. Would trust them with my car again in a heart beat. read more

Fuck these people.. never use them. My daughter was in a reck they towed the car to they lot they said we are able to get are personal belongings out. We paid for car to be towed out paid all are fee's $350 and the refuse us of getting our belongings out of they and it was a back and fourth argument he called the police. the police arrived he threatening a few time he will get his dog on me. And the Concord police didn't do anything.. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company... and I don't want to give the one star but you have to select one!!!! read more

This company is awful! My husbands truck was broken down at Pre-Gel America which is right next to where he works. He left a note in the window and it clearly stated the issue and his contact info also when he would be back to get the truck. The company-PreGel called this awful towing company and believe me pre-gel will have a complaint too. So how we found out it was towed- well.... day one of his truck breaking down, he was leaving work, day 2 and 3 he had an emergency situation to handle and wasn't at work, day 4 he went to work and was going to fix his truck. Well it was gone. We were going to file a theft report because the police dept said there was nothing entered about it being towed. So it had been almost 3 days, no contact and by law regardless of what they say they must contact the owner. It is in the NC General Statutes. The tag was ran by an officer, even the company Pre-Gel said it was and they new who it belonged to along with the letter in the window which we have pictures of where it was and remained after two towing companies moved it. The towing company that came and picked it up from Lebleus said they would've even called considering the letter was visible and it wasn't abandoned. My main thing is they didn't do as they should have by law. I have filed formal complaints and will continue to pursue this until its handled. As a company you comment all you want to but all your comments I have read shows pure ignorance. Oh yeah and the manager/ secretary whoever she is, is rude to and a smart mouth. read more

My daughter's car broke down and Lebleu was recommended by the roadside assistance company. They were supposed to tow the car to a local mechanic and leave the key in the drop box. They did not do so. In fact, when the mechanic arrived the next day he found the car still running. When I called to address the matter with the Lebleu manager, he basically called the mechanic, my daughter, and me liars. I reported the incident to my insurance company who immediately launched an investigation. Take my advice, stay far away from this company. The only reason that I am rating them one star is because they will not allow me to rate them with a zero. read more

Wish I had a five star experience. I blew two tires on a semi rural intersection. Female, alone, mercedes, in the dark. I get that it was raining, but then an overestimation of the eta would be appropriate so I could make a more informed decision about my options.....but nooooooo! Told that the driver would be 70 minutes, sun was still out, I turned down other offers to take me home because I could wait 70 minutes. Well 70 minutes turned into 120 minutes and prior to me calling, no one thought it a good idea to call and notify me of a possible or extended ETA. I called dispatch and after a delightful (not) conversation with the most pleasant (not) dispatcher I was hung up on. The best part was that when I said I needed to get home to my infant, she informed me that she had just own kids to feed, who could be heard in the background. I notified state farm and I honestly hope they lose their contract because you can't do business and test people like that. My car broke down in a real bad part of town yesterday, and my insurance called Lebleu's to come tow it. At first, they said it was going to be 85 minutes, and I was kinda peeved about that because I did not want to be where I was for much longer. But James Parks from Lebleu's gave me a call 20-30 minutes later saying he was on his way! I had to ride with him back to my place, and he was so nice and courteous! He was a huge life saver! I had a single car accident at 3am on 85S. This company was called by the officer because it couldn't stay on the side of the road. He towed my car approx. 4 miles to the Pilot truck stop and charged $290. Nice guy but total rip-off. We wanted to take my car to his tow yard at $30 day. He does not accept AAA and only accepts cash. At a minimum, get a quote before he tow your vehicle. read more

Improper customer service given by lady that answered the phone. Improper ETA given with no justification or apology. I ordered a tow truck to come and pull me out of mud on 2/3/2016 at 645pm. I received a text from my insurance company announcing the company and ETA was 726pm. I waited patiently, meanwhile never receiving a call from dispatcher. At 745pm, I called customer service and the lady was very harsh on the phone stating the driver was just getting gas and would be there shortly. At 810pm, I called back and asked her where he was getting gas at because it had been awhile. She stated he was in Charlotte (45 minutes away). I asked why did they ETA at 726 when in fact they knew he couldn't be there at that time. She told me if I didn't like it I could cancel my service call. I told her I had two young children in the car under 5 and I would appreciate for him to arrive ASAP. She then said MAM like I said cancel it if you don't like it. I was shocked by the way she spoke to me on the phone. I called Progressive a few minutes later and she called them and cancelled sending someone out after I had waited almost 2 hours. I then had to wait on another company to come out 30 minutes later. read more

We were involved in a multi-car accident on I-85N. The Highway Patrol contacted the towing company as our vehicle was not driveable and my husband & I were transported to the hospital via ambulance. Two weeks after the accident the at-fault driver's insurance company contacted Leblue and conferenced me in via telephone to release the vehicle. Leblue's employee said that's all she needed and would release it. I wasn't asked about the owner, make, model or year of the vehicle which I thought that was very odd. A week later, had to have the same call - WITH THE SAME WOMAN. Today, three weeks after the accident, I spoke to the exact same person I talked to the two times previous and gave them a verbal release for THE THIRD TIME. When I asked for her name and the owner's name, she told me "drop your attitude or I will hang up!" She also said "you're not writing a book so you don't need all that." Her name is Angela. I know a contract with the State of North Carolina brings in a lot of business but I am also fairly certain that the State would be interested to know that there is little to no record-keeping of the tows and that the customer service is piss-poor! If you have a choice about the towing company, don't use Leblue! read more
