Excellent service! I went to Lebron's to have a car alarm removed from my truck. I didn't have it installed, it came with the truck I bought used and I couldn't get it to turn off! The dealership advised that I needed an expert because disconnecting the wrong wires could conceivably affect the ignition! Found my expert! Not only did they disconnect the alarm while I waited, but because it didn't take long, charged me less than the estimate. That never happens! What a blessing! These guys have my highest possible recommendation, and I would go there for anything electronic in a car! Experience shows! They are a bit hard to find, so call before you go. I brought my vehicle to Lebron's to have a new stereo installed. The stereo--a Chinese plug-and-play model--just needed to be plugged in and only two wires needed to be connected to retain my factory amplifier. When I arrived at the shop to pick up my vehicle, I was told by Oscar that I ordered the stereo was incompatible with my vehicle and that I needed to order a new one, as he couldn't get the audio to play through the speakers. He did not read the instruction manual or have the professional knowledge to know that he needed to connect two wires to retain the factory amp. I still had to pay him $160 for his attempt to install the stereo. Later that day--and after a quick Google search and reading the instruction manual--I was able to install the stereo myself in 20 minutes, fully functional. I returned the next day for a refund and had to wait nearly 3 hours after the shop opened before Oscar showed up, and he was angry, rude, and unprofessional. To his credit, Oscar refunded me the full $160, but tried to charge me 4x the amount of a part I tried to purchase from him at the time of the refund. Overall, the employees of this shop display a lack of fluency in English, professional skills, and communication skills. I do not recommend Lebron's Car Audio & Security. read more

Did some research and decided to go with Lebron's Car Audio & Security. I went in to have my speakers replaced, because I thought one of them had blown. After Oscar took a quick listen , he assured me that it wasn't the speakers but the radio unit itself. While there I decided to have the unit replaced with a Pioneer radio. It depends what you need done. I took two high ends cars there. Oscar did a good job installing a backup camera on one. For the other, which was a BMW, he kept saying the head unit was defective, when in actually he had no idea what to do. I took it to another shop (Angel's Audio) and they fixed it for $100. I ended up giving these Lebron guys $800 and they refused any refund. I wouldn't mind the money, but their arrogance and mean attitude is why I write this. If you want cheap work without professionalism, this may be good for you. Personally, I don't mind paying more for a bit more consideration. It is a bad sign when you blame the customer, when in actuality you don't know what you are doing. read more

Loved that they even gave me a time estimate right off the bat so I could plan my wait. I had a wonderful experience at Lebron's Car Audio Security. My car stereo stopped working over a year ago, and the shop that originally installed it had closed down. After looking around, I decided to try Lebron's, and I'm so glad I did. They were incredibly friendly and after ten minutes of poking around, the stereo was fixed. Since it took so little time and didn't need any parts, they didn't charge me. I'm definitely coming back for my next repair or install. Good price to install a brand new head unit and aftermarket dash kit to fit it, plus drill install and run the wire for a backup camera. $180. The owner installed it himself. I appreciate the hard he put into the install, but I'm a stickler for a clean finished product and this is a good job but not great. Difficult to find but well worth it. Oscar helped me diagnose a problem with my car stereo and showed me how to reset it after it went completely blank. Look for the narrow entrance to the rear of the strip mall on the left side of the building that has Caribbean Gardens and Afresco foods, etc. the drive all the way to the end. read more

wireless Backup camera [Auto-Vox W7] was successfully installed in my Mercedes 350 GLK. The guy knows his job very well, but you have to be very patient in dealing with an introvert person. I would have given 5 stars but, for his customer relations ...I waited for more than 2 hours the first day,and later being told to come back the next day..anyway, the bottom line was that he did a very good job and the price was good..$180.00. the shop itself is very difficult to locate even with GPS...they need to do a better job on their website as per how to get to their shop. read more
