Crazy Car Audio - Car Window Tinting Near Me - College Park, Maryland

I took my car to several shops in the area for window tinting but the quality of the tint they used was not the greatest and they explained that after several years it may change color. Then I went to this location in college park and they use 3M film which has a factory lifetime warranty. This place was extremely busy and I came after 4pm. They tinted my car while I waited and it was done in an hour and a half. Great job, perfect quality tint and professional installation. The price everywhere else was $250 and up. They had a special for $160. The customer service was great. I highly recommend this place for your car customization. UPDATE* I went back to have new speakers put in my doors and rears I have the factory boss system with an aftermarket radio. The customer service guy was very honest and nice, he heard my system and said I just needed to adjust the crossover which he did and it sounds so much better. He changed my speakers to 63hz so I was getting more bass from the boss 6.5" door and rear speakers. He then adjusted my subwoofer too. He said I could get better speakers but in his opinion with the adjustments mine were just as good. They also installed a rear view camera which came out perfect. It looks stock, so clean. Update: (Monday 10/11) The backup camera (which I mounted with command strips since the installer couldn't figure out a way to mount it), now flickers. It has been installed for less than a week. It worked for a few days. read more

The service we received from these people are by far ridiculous.You have one person tell you one thing and get quoted a price and then all of sudden the price changes and the quoted price is not honored. We have spent a lot of money here,on alarm systems and much more. I should have learned after my first bad experience not to go back, but we figured it was just a flute. Well this last time my husband took his truck in to have his alarm installed, and when he went back the hood of the truck was damaged no one wanted to take the blame for it and i know the hood was fine because the truck was just detailed the night before. They tech finger prints were all over the hood, but of course he didn't damage anything. My husband was asked to get a estimate on the repair cost, which he did and now their saying they wont pay to fix the hood. You ask for the manager name and number who likes to hide in the office and wont even come and deal with the situation. Poor customer service and poor management! read more

I went there not knowing if I had a remote start installed in my car already or if the underglow was working and what I would use to control it( pre owned Scion FR-S)....they did it all....rewired a portion of the underglow so that it works and found the app I needed to control it....they also rewired my remote start and programmed the fob they offer for purchase.... 10 of 10 recommend going here read more

Sorry to have to write this review but poor service has a life all it's own: bought a Groupon for sedan window tinting. Was done as expected and on time. Installer removed the apartment complex sticker from rear window and never replaced it. $160 towing charge resulted. Called company to complain asking about that issue and company policy. Front desk manager said sticker "was put on headrest" by installer. No sticker on headrest, on receipt or anywhere in or on car. So I asked them to pay half of the towing charge, he says he will check with store manger and call me back. I call back an hour later (when he was to call me back) and he says "I told you I'll call you back." No call that day or the next, so I called, spoke again to Luis who said, "I told you I would call you back." That was a month ago. So, even if he had said, sorry about the towing, we made a mistake, it would have sounded like the right thing to do. Now just bad karma; a business lives on it's reputation. read more
