A very welcoming atmosphere! The front staff person (I forgot to ask her name ) welcomed me and immediately assigned me to a room to await the medical provider. In less than 5 minutes, Amy (nurse), greeted me and we exchanged pleasantries. Amy asked if I had ever received B12 injections. I told her I had some a few years ago. She also asked if preferred to come to the office for injections or to take them home. I told her I was comfortable with injecting them myself at home. She also asked if anyone had referred me and I mentioned my wife had referred me. She advised me that we both were eligible for $25 credit on services. Amy also provided me a pamphlet with a list of services and she wrote down the fees for the services on the pamphlet. Amy was very professional and pleasant to talk with. This business is a joke. The women in the office were very nice and inviting (that's how they suck you in) the information that they verbally tell you is misleading and they put a spin on things just to take your money. Me and my mom came here and she had pdo neck threads put in and jaw filler (which they insisted would be imperative for the best results, that if she didn't get the jaw filler it would be like having a boob job without the lift) we were told verbally that this would "peak" at 6 months, not that it would take 6 months to see results (which is now what we have been told after the fact now that her neck looks worse than it did before the procedure 4 months later) We have called the office continuously and have been told a manager was going to call us, here i am 7 days later and still have not gotten a call so i called again today and was told that the office manager is "not available" i asked if she was in the office and was told that yes she is but she is not available to take my call and they told me that i need to just email, basically the office manager is refusing to call me. After spending almost $5000 for this single visit (my mom has been here 6 times so she has given this business a lot of money) so the fact that the manager can not take a phone call is baffling. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else because once these people get it they couldn't care less. read more

I got a deal from Groupon for microdermabrasion & facial. When I was driving to there for my 4pm appointment, I got lost in the area and called for direction. However, the receptionist said she couldn't help me then asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment because the enthusiast will be off at 5 pm. It's not quite good customer service for me! After I arrived there, it was already 4:10. My enthusiast tried to rush my session apparently. I have done microdermabrasion many times, but it was the only time I felt so painful! She rushed everything and finished my all sessions within 35 minutes. When I walked out to the receptionist, she was disappeared already! I know it was my fault to be late but I just didn't have a good experience with the customer service at all. read more

As much as it pains me to admit, I don't have very good skin. I knew that in preparing for my wedding, I should get some spa services, specifically microdermabrasion. At the recommendation of a friend, I went to Lecada for some treatment. Weeks later, I'm still reeling from the positive change to my face. My skin is smoother to the touch, more even, brighter and refreshed. Lecada's interior is serene, beautiful, and welcoming. All of the staff members that I encountered were so friendly and I loved the "home" feel of the place. Dana, the owner, is enthusiastic and an overall beautiful person that you easily warm to from the first exchange of hello. I worked specifically with Luz and, never having had so much as a facial before, Luz made me feel completely comfortable about the microdermabrasion and all it would entail. Here's my feedback for what it's worth. My wife June and I went there as a couple. My daughter originally paid for one for my wife during the holidays so we figured, lets go for it and I'd take the day off for my birthday/anniversary. The girls we got knew what they were doing, great messages but they have got to lighten up. They were robots did the job with 0 personality and kept saying sir instead of my name. To me, not only do they have to know what they're doing but personality is a must. They had none. We agreed to go back at least once a month and hope I can get a human not a robot. Has to be female. BTW, saying happy birthday would have been nice too but no real big deal. read more

I found this wonderful place after I got a groupon for B12/MIC and I hesitate to write a good review I don't want it to get overcrowded. It was very clean, very homey, and staff was fabulous. I decided while I was there for the B12 I should go ahead and do the botox since it had been a few months and I wasn't wearing any makeup or planning to do a heavy work-out next couple of days (botox PSA, if you want it to LAST do NOT sweat heavy 48 hours after injections. If you do this one thing it will settle in nice and last 6 months). Staff did a great job I have a followup in 2 weeks may do a bit more but they did not oversell (which I have had happen) and they did a very good placement job. I also have filler and would trust them for this next time, they have a BOGO in May which I plan to purchase for later use which is nice, you can buy the BOGO and use later. The staff was very friendly and honest, perhaps skewing young but you can't beat enthusiasm and friendliness! Pricing was similar to most other med-spas but service and no wait time will be what keeps customers coming back. read more
