Bubbles all over my lips that are filler injected too close to the surface. Everyone asked me if I have herpes and lipstick won't cover it and they won't do anything for me. I will never go back. My lips looked so good that I've had several people compliment and have gotten fillers themselves!! I now go see Jennifer every chance I can to get my lips touched up - but I really feel the fillers last a while for me. The entire staff is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I love having the additional plump to my lips while still looking natural. They also have really good specials so check out their IG page or website to save even more money. And for anyone who thinks this is watered down product - I can assure you it's not. They are able to price so well because of the large number of units they buy. I had confirmed my appointment by text the day before, so this was very unexpected. I called the location approximately 15 times and also tried calling two other locations, but no one answered. I received no phone call, text, or email letting me know my appointment had been canceled or that the office would be closed. I understand that emergencies can happen, but a simple notification or response would have saved me a long drive and a lot of wasted time. I'm hoping someone from the business reaches out to explain what happened and make this right.

Each time I was made to feel like just a number. Rather than caring about me and what I want, nine out of 10 times I was thrown into a room with an office manager to talk about finances before even seeing a doctor and knowing what exact procedures were necessary to accomplish my goals and trying to upsell me in other procedures. It's a horrible feeling! I was starting to question my decision to even get the surgery until I went to Dr. Castellano. I'm 3 month post op. When I arrived, I was immediately put in a room, asked to change and the doctor himself came in right away. This was a first! A doctor that was vested in having a discussion and finding out what my vision was and how he could help me before he even knew how I was paying. He listened to my every word. We discussed what could be done and, more importantly what couldn't. Again - a doctor interested in what was best for me and my individual situation. He didn't upsell me like the others. He was honest, factual and thorough. I left there feeling seen and well informed. This is a doctor with compassion. This is a doctor who serves his patients. I couldn't wait to book my surgery! After I met with the doctor, I met with Pam. She covered everything and answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. After the surgery I went home the same day. It was great being in my own space to recover. The practice followed up and made sure everything was ok. I am extremely disappointed with my overall experience and the outcome of my breast surgeries…read more After my initial breast augmentation, I developed what appeared to be an allergic reaction to the surgical tape, which led to serious complications. My incisions would not heal properly, and eventually both implants had to be removed due to the complications. I then waited several months to allow my body to heal before undergoing another surgery to have the implants replaced. During my final surgery, the manufacturer donated a mesh bra to help provide additional support and improve implant placement. Unfortunately, after everything I went through, I have been left with significant scarring from the infection and healing complications. One breast now sits noticeably lower than the other, my areolas are uneven, and the overall cosmetic result is far from what I expected. Given that a mesh bra was used to provide additional support, I did not anticipate experiencing such noticeable implant asymmetry. While I understand that complications can occur with any surgery, the final outcome has been devastating both physically and emotionally. What has also been disappointing is that after my fourth surgery, no one discussed the possibility of performing a breast lift at the same time to help address the effects of the previous complications and improve the final result. Looking back, I believe that conversation should have taken place so I could have made a fully informed decision. What has been even more upsetting is that after enduring multiple surgeries, lengthy recoveries, pain, emotional distress, and significant financial expense, I was told I would need to pay additional money to correct these issues. During my follow-up consultation, I was quoted approximately $8,000 for implant removal and a breast lift. Although the office reduced the original cost, I was still expected to pay thousands of dollars to address problems that resulted after multiple procedures. I understand that no surgeon can guarantee a perfect outcome, and I was not expecting corrective surgery to be performed at no cost. However, I also did not expect to be faced with another $8,000 expense after everything I had already endured. My advice to anyone considering surgery is to thoroughly research your surgeon, ask detailed questions about how complications are handled, and understand what options are available if you are dissatisfied with your results. Those conversations are just as important as the surgery itself.
