The day after our appt the vet called me first thing in the morning kindly giving me the results of tests they had taken the previous evening. The staff did not push for decisions to be made immediately instead allowed me the time necessary to think through my beloved puppy's health outcome and all the staff even showed concern for both my wonderful furbaby and myself. They worked with me teaching and providing medicine so that I could be attentive through the weekend. Which I thoroughly appreciated. Although the outcome was not one that my heart liked I made the decision with full information including cost, potential prognosis and other alternatives. I honestly felt as though I was provided all of their knowledge, test results, understanding and compassion. The place is very clean, well organized and schedules are kept timely. I travel full time and they could not soothe my intense heartache yet everyone that I interacted with at this location made my puppy going to the pearly gates sooner then I was ready ease my grief a very small bit. Nothing will take her place and time alone will endear the memories moreso yet I truthfully feel indebted to all the of people at this facility for being the shoulder that I could depend on during this difficult time.

My pup was recently neutered. His post op was so good, pup didnt even know anything happened. A perfect recovery. The have a great reminder system for busy people to not overlook upcoming events. The Dr. was extremely insightful with some abnormal problems I was having. All my visits have been above expectations. Very clean and comfortable environment, lobby and exam rooms. I highly recommend Dr. Dymund for her exceptional surgical skills. I place 100% trust in this organization. Especially when decisions are to be made in confusing situations.

Modern equipment, state-of-the art, compassion but most of all knowledge. Prices are the most reasonable I've encountered also. I have a skunk that recently fell and compressed her spine. She was completely paralyzed and incontinent. Dr. Karin has been working with her and what a difference. Now she is no longer incontinent and is back to getting in trouble. I travel 1 1/2 miles each way to go to this clinic. And it's worth it.

Our dog contracted Lyme Disease and we thought we would lose her. Not only did we not, but she came back to being the same healthy "Noodle" she was before she was sick. Then she slipped a disc in her back and was paralyzed! My first thought was that this would be the end. Dr. Karin said that we wouldn't give up on our girl and not only does she walk now, she chases her kitty sister and brothers around the house! The staff was very supportive through all we've been through and Dr. Karin was the best. Through it all she kept telling us we couldn't give up and she was right. The office may be small but the service is personal and I have spent a lot of time there and never saw any animals "running wild" around the building. It is also clean, the rooms are wiped down after every patient, and the holding areas for the animals are kept very clean. I would recommend Creature Comforts and Dr. Karin to anyone! The best vet I have ever dealt with and I have had animals my entire life. Thank you Dr. Karin for all you have done and do every day!

I made it abundantly clear when scheduling that I would need to be given Oxytocin in the event of complications which I was told 'of course, no problem!'. I took her on February 9th, received her radiographs and was then made to wait about 25 minutes where they could 'see about the prescription'. Once I was given it, I went through Chewy to order it (on February 9th) and staff neglected to approve the request for two entire days full well knowing Bay was due on Friday, February 13th and I stressed it's importance. I made phone calls, sent texts and was told a doctor would get back to me. I then was told it was my responsibility to upload the script to Chewy (which I couldn't find anyway) - which I then contacted Chewy and was told that was incorrect and they had been waiting for my vet approval this entire time, Chewy even called them and received no response. Regardless if I had the script or not, it was not my responsibility and the office did not prioritize my pregnant dog nor her puppies. I eventually was contacted on February 11th around 4pm by the practice manager who told me her staff did not feel comfortable prescribing the medication anymore after I spent $400 on the vet visit and now wasted two days. Fast forward February 12th - Bay goes into labor and as I expected, needs assistance from the drug; but I do not have it because Doylestown Vet had my hands tied and denied my dog the care she needed for a successful labor. I make an emergency trip to the ER (an additional $900 expense) she delivers 3 deceased puppies and 3 living puppies. We head home and now her labor is stalled again and the ER asked me to use the Oxytocin my vet should have responsibility prescribed me as standard repro practice. But here I am, unprepared because Doylestown chose ignorance over the reality of whelping puppies. I understand vet school and ethics, but if you care for some field experience, there's a big reality check here at my house because of your lack of concern for myself, my dog and her puppies. Shame on you for putting me in this position, stalling to tell me you had a change of mind about my dog's care, and then running down the clock so I had limited options on how to proceed finding her the care she needed. Edited to add, we are now a week out from Bay's delivery and I have had zero follow up from this practice. Ethics? I don't think so.
