Besco offered to return for replacement or credit but would not return the post light. They refused to contact the manufacturer. The just quoted the warranty. I bought all three as a matching set. Unacceptable service. I contacted Quoizel myself. They sent me two more garage lights. Same problem. I'm going to repair them myself with some nylon bolts. Neither Quoizel nor Besco seemed to care that there was an issue.
