The cast are certainly as friendly as you expect, for the most part. However, you can tell there are some staff here that are exhausted and frazzled. Like I mentioned earlier, the selection here is huge. The store is B-I-G!! And you are sure to find something. I actually stopped in to check out their seasonal stuff which, BTW, is GREAT! I will say, the prices have actually gotten to the point that I really can't afford much here at all. When a key chain is $20, you have to wonder what you're actually paying for. There are collectibles here, board games, plush, puzzles, apparel, and accessories. There are also multiple photo ops inside the store too! Outside the store, you can take a picture with the Tinker Toy display, Buzz Lightyear, or even Mr. Potato Head from the Toy Story movie! Once Upon a Toy does accept Annual Passholder discounts and the Disney Visa Card Member Perks. This store is one of the best toy stores in Disney Springs! You can find most of these items at the World of Disney store though. It's a must visit while you're in the Marketplace area!

Mickey's of Hollywood is located right by the front of the park and is among the first stores that you will come across as you enter the park. If you are looking for some Disney merchandise, souvenirs or just want to look and see what is available, Mickey's of Hollywood is definitely worth checking out! During my time at the store they carried a good variety of t-shirts, spirit jerseys, ears, pins, mugs, etc. Mickey's of Hollywood is super convenient with all of the merchandise and the location of the store! When I am running low on time and need a last minute souvenir, or I just want to do a little shopping before I leave the park, Mickey's of Hollywood is an easy stop. Mickey's of Hollywood is a pretty large store and very well laid out. Even when the park is extremely crowded, the store is still very spacious! The cast members working at Mickey's of Hollywood were both helpful and knowledgeable! Also, even though there were Springtime Surprise crowds in the theme park over the weekend, I never saw long lines waiting for purchasing at the store, or even getting into the store!

And honestly? It was glorious chaos while it lasted. History check: MouseGear opened in 1999, replacing Centorium (which was EPCOT's original mega-store since 1982). Where Centorium had the vibe of "futuristic department store," MouseGear leaned into "what if we crammed every Disney product ever made under one roof and threw some gears on the walls to make it look steampunk?" Walking into MouseGear felt like you'd entered the Costco of Disney merch. Mickey ears, spirit jerseys, pins, kitchenware, toys, Dooney & Bourke bags -- if it had a Disney logo, it was here. The place was huge, loud, and perpetually packed, like a holiday rush that never ended. And yet, it was also... magical. Because who doesn't want to impulse-buy a Figment mug at 9:00 a.m. after riding Spaceship Earth? I muttered something like, "It's consumerism run wild. But damn, they know how to sell it." And he'd be right -- this was Disney retail as an attraction in itself. Best thing? The pin trading and limited-edition drops. MouseGear was where you felt like an insider if you scored a rare pin or exclusive piece of merch. It was shopping, yes, but it also had that EPCOT sense of being part of something a little bigger -- part nostalgia, part future, all Disney. Bottom line: MouseGear may be gone, but it's still the stuff of EPCOT legend. They have many different items that range from clothing to accessories to toys and everything here is a themed to the Walt Disney World theme park that you are in. They even have items that you can't get another theme parks or Disney Springs. This store sells items that are designed to look like items in the park. They have toys that look like race cars that are styled to the right vehicle that you get in on test track and they even sell freeze-dried ice cream because that's what astronauts eat, and that's the type of item you should be eating while you're waiting in line for mission space. Mission space is an amazing ride as well! The cast members here are insanely nice and over-the-top helpful and will go out of their way to get any item that you may be looking for. If they don't have it here and they will even order it to send to your hotel room if you are staying on Disney property.

5 stars for a Disney pin collector's hot spot…read more Located on the 4th floor of Disney's Contemporary Resort (otherwise known as the hotel that has the monorail running through it), Fantasia gifts is the only Disney resort (at least in Orlando) that carries Limited Edition and Limited Release Disney pins (new ones come out every Thursday). Fantasia has 4 entrances/exits and does offer more Disney souvenir offerings in addition to pins. This bustling store offers games, toys, t-shirts, pens and even pet-centric souvenirs. The cast members are always friendly and ready to help answer any question. Also, if you're looking for a particular item and they don't have it in stock, you can ask a cast member if the item is available anywhere else on Disney property. Tip: if you are coming to the Contemporary by car (as opposed to the free Disney bus system or monorail), just show the security guards at the gate your ID and explain your intent to purchase souvenirs. Unless there's a convention or other event that is causing them to experience a high volume of guests, they usually let you in without having a resort or dining reservation.
