2 stars right now only cause we haven't gotten our bike back yet. Came in to the shop and Ordered a…read moreback tire May 9th. Was told it would be there either the following Tuesday or Wednesday. So we made an appt for May 16th to go get the oil changed and the tire put on. We dropped the bike off the evening of May 15th and at drop off was told the tire should be there the May 16th or the following day Friday. Made a call Friday to see if it was in, they said no it would be in Monday or tuesday. Called again this past Monday the 20th and the tire still hadn't come but looked it up and said it would be here today Thursday and if I got there early enough we would have the bike back. Well here we are and the tire came, but it's the front tire!!! They ordered the wrong tire I'm thinking they didn't even order the original one now. So now we're going ahead and getting the front put on cause we were going to in a few weeks anyways but then we had to go ahead and get the other tire now since they ordered the wrong tire. And now we don't have a bike for a holiday weekend and it'll be delayed because of the holiday. EDIT TO ADD Now the tire is there. Has been there for 2 days and of course the only mechanic they have hasn't been in on the the only 3 days he works. This place is a frickin joke. Idk how you can run a business basically holding peoples stuff hostage. 2 weeks. They have had our bike for. And it's been 20 days since we even ordered the intial tire. What the hell are you going to do to make this right Joe?!?! What a frickin joke. ETA. Now we found someone to come get the bike and tires but it's completely torn apart and they won't let someone come get it so we can have our bike back after 2 weeks.

I chose the higher priced service...Lo and behold, when I went to pick the mower up, I was charged for both. Because I didn't receive a written estimate, I didn't have any kind of proof, so I ended up spending $70 more than I anticipated. The work was done quickly and so far I have not had a problem with the mower. Still, I feel that I was not treated with complete honesty, and I won't be returning.

I brought my 15 year old Toyota Prius in to analyze whether or not I should keep the vehicle or…read morereplace it. The apparent extensive diagnostic was impressive. My "brakes" "traction control" & "ABS" lights were on! They told me it was not my ABS unit & told me $2,600 would fix the brakes & I thought "I'll keep the car" because that wasn't too much! Less than 12 hours after picking up the car all the lights were back as well as the grinding noise! They bled the brakes several times but again less than 24 hours the lights & grinding were back! Now they thought the ABS might be going bad??!! But they said the brakes were safe. After taking it back the 3rd time they said the accumulator was bad & it would be $3,500 to fix it! This was exactly the position I want ed to avoid! $6,100 and I shouldn't have kept the car! I was referred to the owner who I told this was exactly the "good money after bad" position I was trying to avoid! The extremely unprofessional owner hung up on me intentionally 3 times! I wasn't yelling (or screaming obscenities) like I wanted to but the owning said he wouldn't help at all & hung up on me! One of his other employees thought he would help too by the way! Maybe this place is good for oil changes or wider blade installations but anything more complicated than that you want to avoid wasting your time & money. My UNSAFE (verified by another better auto shop) Prius still has all the lights & the grinding noise it originally did! That supposed 36 month warranty didn't last even 36 hours!

Update to the 10-01-19 Big Rig Brake Shop issue. I took a…read morelook at the trailer repair back at our shop on 10-05-19 that Big Rig did. 1) Andy promised that the tire would be a virgin used tire.....WRONG, they installed a USED recap...... 2) The washers on the bolts to hold the mudflap on were barely bigger than the bolts. Rubber started tearing around the washers in 1 week. Charged us $580.00 for 1 used recap tire, 1 marker light, 1 mud flap and 300.00 for labor, we could have done all that in 1 hour for $105.00 What a RIP off joint.
