Anybody can make a mistake, but it's how it is handled that shows the character. I experienced an issue with a recent service visit. I was personally offended and my trust and faith were broken. But the service department, staff, and everybody involved was quick to rebuild our relationship and go above and beyond to make it right. I am very grateful that this company is a member of my community, and that I am able to continue business with them. Finding a mechanic you can trust is almost as hard as finding a doctor you can trust. They are both in it for profit, so it is difficult to question the advice. But my trust and faith is restored, and I would offer them a chance at my business any day. Thank you again for your help keeping my Yamaha V star riding nice and smooth
