The company that installed the panels is no longer in business so I contacted a company that reports if the panels are producing energy and they could not assist me. The panels were not producing for a year which led to a very "expensive" tru-up bill from PG&E! With a few questions and patience from Blaine he helped me, "over the phone." Increase electrical capacity to operate an Induction stove, install air switch for garbage disposal and hang four fans and install electrical for pendant lighting. Sean was wonderful. Very professional and through. He did exactly what he said he would do plus more. He actually installed the induction stove and fixed a door that was sticking. We weren't home when he did the repairs and he made sure we were totally satisfied with his work before he accepted payment. Had an issue with some wiring in the house, so I looked on Yelp and found Lebetter Electric. The only 5 star Electrician's on there. I called and talked with the owner and he told me that they were busy on a job in Loma Rica and may or may not be able to make it out, it was a little past 2pm. Less than 2 hours later the technician, Sean shows up. I pointed him to my problem and promptly went to work. After some trouble shooting he found the issue and made the repair. He was very courteous, professional and cleaned everything up nicely when he was finished. He sent out Sean (the technician not the owner) that very same day and even found a way to squeeze it into my work schedule. I just started using Ledbetter electric recently and these guys are hands down the best and most knowledgeable people. Shaune is the owner and he has helped me on two occasions. My electricity went out and I own a business. He came out the same day to take care of t because he knew I had a business to run. Within a couple hours he was here and figured out the problem and got it fixed. Today is a Saturday and he came out to replace my panel for the business. He said he normally doesn't work the weekends but he knew he couldn't start work until after business hours because I still had business to handle. He got it done in two hours instead of the four hours he thought it would take. He even told me before he left that he'll adjust the estimate he gave me because he got it done quicker than he thought. Who does that? Someone else wouldn't have said a thing. Shaune is absolutely phenomenal.  I used his company a year ago to put in the electrical requirements for a hot tub. He and his team were prompt and professional.  Our community owns it's own water company and this weekend the power went out to our wells that service the entire community.  It was an electrical issue.  The Board members tried other electricians in our remote area, but wouldn't do the work until the middle of the week. Outstanding service - I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could! I had tried for 2 weeks for other companies to come look at an issue I was having with my electrical wiring. Either they made appointments and didn't show up or never returned my calls. I called Ledbetter after seeing such positive reviews and was ecstatic that they actually answered my call, didn't have to leave a message and wait for a return call. If you need electrical work done, halt your search and just call Ledbetter Electric. Shaune did a superb job in installing some commercial high end motion sensor flood lamps around my home. He also went the extra mile in installing a standalone motion sensor in the front to simultaneously turn on my existing porch and two torch lamps on the side of my garage whenever someone drives or walks up the driveway. With his knowledge of residential construction, he was able to devise a re-wiring plan to deal with some wires that were difficult to reroute / not very accessible and just made everything work as I envisioned. He even came back to replace a defective socket in one of the flood lamps and as a result, saved me time in waiting for the manufacturer to send me a warranty replacement. Since he's a small business and pretty much a one man crew, your questions are answered on the spot and his fees are reasonable compared to a big conglomerate / corporate style electrical company which is why I call and support small businesses first. I picked Ledbetter Electric after looking at several other local electricians on Yelp. Shaune came out to review the removal of an old fan and replace with a new fan in my 18 foot-high living room ceiling for my just purchased house. I was in the process of looking at different types of fans and Shaune helped me determine the length of the down-rod and looking specifically at remote control fans due to the height. I found and ordered the fan I liked. He was prompt and professional for both the consult and the installation. I also had him install a new dining room fixture that I had purchased.
