They charge way too much for the poor service and work they do. We would ask for a meeting without our accountant and they wouldn't respond. Emailed questions only to get vague responses and a HUGE bill at the end. We are a small business and they charged used $2000+ for 1 MONTH. It's outrageous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

Terrible company, impossible to get any kind of response from them, as a small company my bookkeeper was terrible, she never got the books done on time, and my yearend report was not finished until MAY!!! Even though we provided everything on time - we had no priority. My initial cost for bookkeeping was $350 pr month, in May they told me that they had to change the monthly price to $1850!!! I refused to accept the new price, well they continue to charge my account $350 pr month without doing any work! I call them, leave messages, email them to get the account closed and take ownership of my QuickBooks account but nobody bothers to get back to me. read more

If you are a small business, don't bother. The LedgerWay customer service is poor. I have found them to be super unresponsive, which is a shame. I was an "acquired customer", having worked with Small Business Services, prior to their acquisition, with two of my businesses. SBS was great! Very personalized and felt like a partnership I could rely on. Sadly, that service has completely vanished. I will be terminating and elsewhere. read more

I was a loyal SBS customer for many years. Unfortunately, when LedgerWay acquired SBS, it became the "wrong way". Their poor record-keeping has resulted in billing errors for invoice payments previously made. Additionally, customer service is unresponsive in trying to get this resolved, with calls going unanswered during business hours. Trying to get this corrected has taken valuable time that I don't have. read more
