I would call myself a regular here but I was disappointed in the huge price increases. Basica acrylic gel nails went up 10 bucks that's an 18% increase which I was still okay with but then another 5 dollars for almond shape. I mean now for the same nails I paid 15 dollars extra that's a 33% increase. Thankfully the service is always great. No wait time so love that. Then I just got my feet nails painted and that went up 50%. Like literally just to put nail paint it costs 15 dollars.:: I am just mad about prices. I used to come here a year ago and the service used to be amazing. However, things have changed tremendously. I came in with my mom and sister to get our nails done. We asked for regular pedicures- no gel polish. The individuals who were doing our nails asked us 3 times each why we are not doing gel and we should do gel, they also tried to upsell us on pedicure packages. They were so pushy it made it a really uncomfortable experience for us. The quality of our manicures and pedicures were terrible. My mom decided on a gel manicure and the polish peeled off a day after!! I don't like to write negative reviews but I really do not recommend this place anymore. read more

I am disgusted with the practice of this business. I went to this salon a few weeks ago and asked for a pedicure and dip powder ombré. The guy selected a box for my pedicure and after seeing it was $60 I asked is that the normal price. He said yes. The lady next to me handed me a menu which showed regular pedicures for $30. I selected that (I wonder why he didn't offer me that at first). My nails and toes looked good and I paid $95 total ($65 dip ombré $30 pedicure). Fast forward to today and I go to another salon to get the same things done. I was informed that I had ACRYLIC on my nails and not dip powder. He drilled my nails and you can smell the acrylic. He also stated the pink in the ombré dip would have disappeared and my pink was fully intact (meaning I definitely had acrylic on my nails). He showed me what to look out for and what products should not be used when doing dip. I am appalled, I am very frustrated that I spent $65 on nails that were actually $25. I don't like acrylic and never ever would select that. This is dishonest and again disgusting. Please do not give them your business, they are shady!!!!!!!!! read more

I don't normally write reviews, but felt this was needed considering how much I paid for poor quality . I paid $55, but the nail tech made sure to tell me at checkout that "those nails really cost $65" and that he gave me a "discount", which made me feel bad so I tipped over 20% ($15). I was in there for over an hour and a half for a fill which is quite long in my opinion considering I didn't get a complex design- just black with chrome on top...I told him I wanted a wide coffin shape- but the shape is not sharp/clean and is quite rounded on the corners/edges. The polish is already started to come off 2 days after I had them done (the photos are from Tuesday- I got my nails done on Sunday). The polish is peeling off and also the chrome (which I paid for) was done quite poorly and there are spots where you can obviosly see the black nail polish. I even told the nail tech to put more chrome...overall I am very disappointed and will not be back.    OH AND- once the previous customer before me was finished- I was told to sit where she had sat. They did NOT even wipe down the surfaces or chair or ANYTHING before I had to sit down- the nail tech did not even wash his hands. Worst nail salon ever. I went once and the guy didn't shape my toe nails and globbed the gel on after way over filing down my nails so now they're paper thin. He also ripped an ingrown toenail out so My toe is swollen and bright red. Absolutely shit place. read more

I went to the location on old winter garden and I had made an appointment for 3:15 but I didn't even get started till 4, which I was alright with since I didn't have plans after. I got a full set and I wanted a design with rhinestones on my ring fingers. paid 40$ for some nails that I could've went anywhere else and get them for 20$. She did not measure my acrylic so they are all uneven, they look like lazy coffin shaped nails. The nail polish on top is chum it and thick and isn't even applied even either. Then it gets worst she did the Rhine stones, which came out so bad I told her to take them off but she said "no they are beautiful" and kept going. I had to ask a different worker to take the Rhine stones off, and they still made me pay for the rhinestones I did not even walk home with. read more

I have been there 3 times already. I love the place, their prices are competitive with other salons on the area. This where you will find the difference, besides the selection of scrubs, they put a towel on your neck to place a warmer for you to relax and enjoy. Also, they offer you something to drink for you to select. I highly recommend this place. I hope they keep their good service. read more
