Salon apparently re-opened after being closed for remodeling. It's an expensive salon compared to others. They have CC price and Cash price not sure why. Let's begin staff friendly, clean areas, very attentive especially at pedicure stations they offer drinks made to order. I was not impressed with my gel-mani though. It's been 1 week and my nails look terrible and already chipped. I'm disappointed I feel that the techs are advised to also upsell other products and can't focus on the one thing. So super disappointed!! I've given this location more than one chance and my current pedicure is pitiful. First visit to this salon the gel application on my toes flooded into the cuticle part of the toe. So the manager took it off the bill. The next time went great so naturally I was like ok I could go again. The third time and keep in mind it wasn't busy at all! The nail tech ran the scrubber sponge against my heel like twice and when it came time to apply my gel it was hideous! I had to correct him and even after that half of my toe nails were not painted. Like literally huge portions of the toe nail wasn't painted! Never ever spending my money here again. And even want a dang refund! Advice for the Nail Bar: have your techs give the owner a pedicure and if they aren't up to par don't allow them to work on customers until they are!! Absolutely do not reccomend coming here. The service is terrible your treated like a dollar sign. Any type of request you have that's reasonable, like please don't file away at my nail bed because it hurts, your treated like a nuisance . I've spent over $100 + and tried to give this place a chance 3 times. I just thought I needed to find the right nail tech but they all seem to have an attitude of money over customer dignity. It took me a long time to figure out why this place had such amazing reviews. After every visit you're overwhelmed with texts and emails asking you to leave a review. Service is very hit and miss. Some of the nail techs are amazing while others aren't nearly as talented. My last and final experience the young lady couldn't get my shape right, the polish was patchy and my nails looked terrible. When I told her I wasn't happy and asked to have them fixed she grabbed the buffer file and raked it across my nails so hard it cut my fingers up. Then she expected to put oil on my hands (from a shared container) with blood on my fingers. I declined the oil and left. I've been visiting this place for few months now and the last 2 times it's been beyond uncomfortable. For starters, they don't know how to make the nail look pretty if it's not with a nail tip. So for ladies like me they like to rock their natural nails, the chances are that they'll cut your nails even though you tell them not to. Second, seems like the guys can't understand that the Nail Drill causes friction and friction causes HEAT and so when you file on top of the acrylic, there finger feels the heat and it burns (common sense) but they don't care, they be filing like they don't know how to. These guys have KILLED my nails, in the pic you'll see my nails, also, humidity in the inside for not selling properly the acrylic. The darkest spot in the middle finger is a whole; it is so deep I can't even touch it. The place is cool and attractive with the bar and service, but 1 visit is more than enough. read more

I had the worst experience on Saturday at this shop. I made an appointment with Dana (She is very good) for a Mani/Pedi with regular polish (they use drills all the time and I don't like the contract grinding on my nails) at any rate when I get there Dana can't take me cause she busy with someone else which was odd very odd they said they had availably with Frances (male) or somone else I chose Frances (big mistake) it was obvious he didn't know what he was doing he refused to put regular polish on my nails stating that he is only able/capable of doing Gel polish I had never heard something so ridiculous he tried a few times to insist I use Gel polish until i asked him was he going to pay for it a few moments later he got up and left and never came back to me the tall receptionist came over to tell me she found someone that knew how to do "regular polish" all i could do was laugh about how ridiculous that sounded. She gave me to Lisa (another nice lady). Lisa couldn't apologize enough about what happened needless to say the managment etc never uttered an apology bottom line is depending on how much money you spend here will dictate whether you actually get to see who you made the appointment with. Me personally this is the second time this has happened or something similar and my last i will not be bullied by a business that clearly doesn't respect their customers or it seems their workers but it appears like they run some kind of sweat shop...Don't do it. In case "Frances" changes his name he is a young asian male maybe 25 to 30 short neat hair cut approximately 140lbs. Stay Clear.. oh all the minimal work he had done had to be redone by Lisa. I guess regular polish isn't an option at this shop and other things you may request probably isn't either if they can't hose your wallet down. Find you some place else!!! The 2 technicians that did my mani and pedi were careless and messy. I'm not sure if it was the end of day or they just hate their job. My pedi included a mud mask which he just forgot about and I didn't realize until after, the entire pedi felt rush. At some point there were 2 others helping him put on the chrome. My toes' polish was clunky. He was very nice though. The little, young Asian girl that did my mani left shit all over my cuticles, made me wait while she texted and was extremely rude. She hurt 2 of my cuticles and even s as free I flinched she didn't care to apologize. I was about to ask for the manager. I'd give them a zero if I could. 1st Time- Lucy the nail tech was giving my a pedicure and was so concerned with everything going around she rubbed my leg raw during the salt scrub. Which was whatever new salon I get it. Asked me if I'd like a drink and forgot it! 2nd time- getting the SNS dip.. walked in the front desk host girl had her hair in a color cap and foil on her nails while checking me in. And treating me like I'm an inconvenience for coming in to my appt. that was the start- during the appt Lucy the tech asked the owner for foil to put in my nails as a design he started yelling at her. She started to cry got up and left IN THE MIDDLE OF MY NAILS GETTING DONE. the place was packed and then I had to WAIT and hour to get the owner to fix my Nails and I still paid. That was so stupid. I should have never went back after that. 3rd visit I take my 12 year old to get her first mani and they ruined her nails. The nail tech that did her nails gave me an attitude when I told her to fix them. She did and butchered her fingers. All 10 fingers were bleeding and al the nails were mis shaped. The owner said its Bc she's so young and has small fingers.. then you should have turned her away if you couldn't do small hands. And the nail tech looks like a homeless person they found off the street.. missing front teeth and she yelled at my daughter and ruined them even more so my daughter was almost in tears then the owner fixed" them they still looked horrible. I went one other time and it was uneventful but man. Horrible experience I wasted over $500 going there.. I also had my Eyebrows threaded there and since then started going to arched eyebrows and they told me my eyebrows are missing patches!!! And they are. Honestly didn't have the greatest experience. Everything started out great when my friend called around 11AM on a Sunday and asked if we could come for a walk in when we had been turned away at another location. They said yes right away and we showed up and we're taken in. I had never been to this place so I just went with the flow. This is when it started to go down hill. Both techs had started at the same time, yet mine was 3 steps ahead of my friends??? How... Also, he put a steaming hot towel on my legs that almost burned the first layer of my skin off. When he was done he put this oil on my feet. I think he was suppose to wipe it off but he left it all over my feet and ankles. I couldn't put my shoes on or walk and it got all over my shoes and I almost slipped and fell while walking. I was already aggravated so I left and walked out the building and was standing outside talking to my friend for 10 min when I looked down to check my pedicure before I left, and my pinky toe polish was already missing. I marched my butt right back into the building and showed them all the oil on my legs and feet and asked them to redo it. The girl who took me was so nice and helpful and cleaned me up and fixed my toenail. She even asked who did my feet so she could talk to them about my experience. Even though I got my stuff fixed I probably won't be back because my pedi was $50 and I didn't feel like it was amazing when I can go get a mani and pedi at my usual place for $60 read more

Alex has done my pedicure before, and again, amazing. But today I had Ashley (I think?) and when i smudged a nail or two, she glared & berated me the entire rest of the session about it. I left after getting a mani & Pedi, regular color on toes, none on hands and a mani and pedi for my father and ended up paying $120 They charged me $10 to take old gel off my nail. (I wasn't asked if that was okay or told prior to either) & The entire bottom portion of my cuticle on my toe nail she cut off so it's sore and inflamed.
