I hate to do this to a local spot, because I know they're trying, but.... man, the pizza is just kind of poor all around. The people working there are polite, however, so that's a good thing. A coworker of mine swears this place has some of the best pizza in Lexington Park--he goes at least once a week. That's a serious pizza habit, so I figured it had to be worth trying, even though my food reviews usually let him down. I ordered an 8" deluxe loaded with thick-cut pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, hamburger, and your choice of regular or pre-cooked bacon. The crust isn't like the heavy, doughy kind you get at the big chains--it's thin, but not in the way you'd expect. Honestly, it was surprisingly good. The veggies tasted fresh, the bacon was cooked just right (not burnt to a crisp), and both the sausage and pepperoni were spot-on. Overall, it was a solid pizza for the price. If I could give a zero I would. To be fair we have eaten here before which is why we decided to eat there again. Well this time was a disaster and the Manger 'Carlos' ( I promise this is not his real name). We paid over $80 for our order and one of the containers was completed cracked, broken open and had spilled all over my car. I called the restaurant the manager'Carlos' cut me off so what do you want to do about it? So I drove over to the restaurant and showed him how our food was served. He then tried to say we broke it! Why, what possible benefit do I get from having BBQ sauce all over my car? I've only been there twice, but my little change will always go to another restaurant. I usually love Ledo's pizza. I'm new to the area and decided to try this location. I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and red onions and a 12 piece old bay wings. The pizza crust was a bit hard, not much sauce and very little cheese...just overall lacking flavor. Nothing about this pizza was what you would normally get at Ledo's. I ordered online buffalo wings and a gyro. The online order seemed to not process through on the Ledo's website. However, my bank alert notified me, a payment was made on my online order. I said to myself, "That's strange. Why didn't the online cart complete?" I had to go to the restaurant to explain what happened and that his computer system, again, did not process my online order but took my money. The manager at this location is extremely rude, unprofessional, and nasty. He was advised of what happened but insist that my payment did go through. I had to show him the email alert from my bank to prove, I've already paid for my order. He insisted that I pay, again. So i love Ledo's and where I currently live there are none. So whenever I come back to the East Coast i always stop in. They did away with my favorite appetizer, the buffalo chicken cheese fries. So I did the bacon and cheese fries with a side of the Ledo sauce. Surprisingly it was almost as good the original. The pizza was hot and cheesy. I currently live in the land of Chicago style deep dish pizza and this definitely wasn't deep dish Chicago style. But it was good. It was cheesy and gooey. We also ordered the wings with the Sweet Baby Ray Sauce. They were tasty. The service was great. I was expecting crappy food and service based on the reviews and was very pleasantly surprised. This branch of Ledo's is weak compared to many others in the Maryland area. I believe this place has changed management and it hasn't been the same since. I mean it's Ledo's not a 4 or 5 star Italian bistro. That said, there are some basic expectations you'd have of some traditional Italian foods. An Italian salad should have cherry tomatoes that don't have brown spots on them. A meatball and cheese sub shouldn't be JUST meatball and cheese. It should have sauce. Italians, including my lovely wife, are kind of known for having a handwritten copy of their grandmother's sauce. It is common to see this sauce on a meatball and cheese sub to keep it from being as dry as the Mohave desert. The only reason this is a two star rating and not one is because they did use sauce on my granddaughters pizza. Consistency would be nice. The Leonardtown, Charlotte Hall, and Waldorf Ledo's all have consistently good food and friendly easy to understand service. read more

Ledos is known for having more expensive pizza however they load there pizzas with toppings which makes it worth it. But not at this location owner is cheap and looking to save money I guess but instead he is just losing himself business. The food was pretty good - especially the pizzas that use a white sauce. Our waitress was terrible, however. I try to give people who work in the service industry the benefit of the doubt, but this woman was truly awful. First, I asked what beers they have on tap. The waitress said that she didn't know, and when I asked if she could check she instead told me that if I cared so much then I should walk up to the bar and check (?!) I brought my mother there, who ordered a hot sub. The sub came out a little cool - no big deal, it's probably because it has sit while my pizza cooked. She asked if the waitress could bring it back and warm it up. The waitress said it would ruin the sub, then ran to the cash register station and was audibly mocking my mother for asking to have her sub warmed up. I was in shock! We just moved here a little over two months ago and wanted to try a different pizza place other than Papa John's. So we read the reviews and were a little skeptical but wanted to try it out. We were very impressed with this place for being a small pizza joint. We ordered the Pop pie and pepperoni with wild boar sausage. Both pizzas were pretty good but we really liked the pop pie! I NEVER post things like this, but this Ledo's has made me furious! Several weeks ago, We ordered from this store for carry out and when we got home realized we were shorted 6 wings. I immediately called the store and POLITELY informed them. They then informed me that they would "add me to their book" and next time I ordered they would be happy to replace them. We ordered yet again a couple weeks ago, and the Clerk says they would include them. (Get home and no wings!) I call again and let them know they missed them again. Fast forward to today, the Store Clerk proceeds to Call me a LIAR when i give him my name and explain the situation! He continued to call me a Liar. Really bad business! Get the GF one instead, with white sauce its delish!!
