They showed up 5 hours late, yelled at me that I gave them a bad quote and refused to do my move which ended up costing me THOUSANDS. And spoiler, another company did the job in the time I was originally quoted by these people and for half the price. As a woman moving alone, these movers made me incredibly uncomfortable in the short time they were in my home. I called and got a quote over the phone. This was not unusual to me as I've only ever gotten phone quotes for moving and have never had issues in the past. I was quoted 2.5-3 hours with 3 movers. I called 5 other companies in the area and received similar quotes, I chose this company due to their availability. I scheduled my move for 4 days before I needed to be out of my place. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. At 3pm, I was told their morning job was taking much longer than anticipated but they should arrive within the hour. At 4pm I received a text from the team letting me know they were an HOUR AND A HALF away and would be stopping for food on their way. I contacted the "manager" and was assured they would be able to complete my move that day. The team showed up at 5:30pm, 5.5 hours late and I have never had movers be more disrespectful and demeaning toward me. My home was clean, fully boxed, and ready to be loaded. For $210/hour I was not about to waste time. They walked through my home to assess everything and Tyler, who is supposedly the best they have, was rude and disrespectful every step of the way. He yelled at me that there was no way they could do the move in the time quoted. Given that their morning job took 4-5 hours longer than anticipated, whoever is quoting jobs clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I was alone and the way their team treated me in my home made me incredibly uncomfortable, they yelled at me that I wasted their time, they drove to Fort Collins from Denver and their cars were in a storage unit in Denver that closed at 9pm. Even if they completed the job in the minimum quoted time, they still wouldn't have made it back to Denver in time to collect their vehicles so I don't see how that was my problem but he sure made it my problem. Tyler told me the move would take a team of 4 movers at least 7 hours to complete. To be clear, this was a two bedroom townhome, not a 5 bedroom house. As I was about to throw them out of my home for being so demeaning and disrespectful, they offered to step out and call their manager. At 6pm I received a call from the manager who told me the team claimed there were 150 boxes in my home and they would not be doing the move. When I argued that was absolutely not the case (i counted and there were 56 boxes, 6 large, 15 medium, 25 small, and 10 plastic tubs) I was told he didn't know who to believe...um excuse me?!? He offered to reschedule for another day at more than DOUBLE my initial quote. After the experience his "best guy" had to offer, there was no way I would ever agree to pay them even my original quote let alone $1800?! I told him this was unacceptable and explained the financial impact, all I got was "sorry, we wish you the best of luck with your move" after wasting 6 hours of my time and costing me thousands. This was a huge waste of my time and costly. I deliberately scheduled the move on my day off with several days after to do final small things and clean before handing over keys. A new tenant was scheduled to move in shortly after. Because of this company's laziness and incompetence, I had to pay an additional month rent and the next tenant's move was also impacted. I am truly beside myself at what a horrible experience this was. Now for the kicker - I hired another company to do my move the following week. I hired two movers and anticipated an 8 hour move due to what I was told by this team. I was genuinely afraid to do the walkthrough given what happened with moving brothers. I explained what happened and the new quote I was given and the new movers laughed. They said this team took too long at their job in the morning, ate and sat in the truck for an hour, and when they showed up they were tired or lazy and simply didn't want to do the job. They said the 7 hour quote was an FU to me since they drove up to Fort Collins. It took the new movers FOUR HOURS TOTAL. And cost me less than moving brothers original quote including a 40% tip. NEVER give this company your business. They will leave you up a creek without a paddle without so much as an apology. I'm grateful they requested cash payment and didn't require a deposit as they will never get a penny from me. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this company!

I went through Costco so I liked the benefits that got me. So for the longer version... I had a few companies come out to give me quotes. I had one lady who was super rude, got upset when I told her I was getting other quotes, behaved as if this was her first time in someone's house, acted like she knew better than I, what I should have in my closet, drew my closet out by hand with pen and whiteout (what is this, the 90's?), and tried to upcharge me on everything, all the while telling me I was getting a 55% discount. Renee came in, was very polite, friendly, asked me what *I* wanted and then drew to those specifications, was very easy to work with, wasn't pushy, didn't use used-car-sales tactics, and the pricing was way better than any of the other quotes. Plus the design was via computer software so it was easy to visualize. And in between the design and install, she was very communicative about everything. Leonel and Ivan came in to install. Were very professional, cleaned up and were such lovely gentlemen. They took the time to explain everything and asked me to inspect before they left, which I really appreciated. The only thing I was a bit unhappy with was that I asked for the closets to be a certain width, hoping that it would be the insides, but unfortunately it included the wood, so sadly I can't use the hardware/baskets I was planning to add to my closet. Original Review: I contacted Closet Factory in early September to request a built-in bookcase and desk for my home office. After working with my designer, Elizabeth -- who was and remains great -- I was told it would take a couple of weeks to order and receive the required materials. I was given an installation date of 2-3 October. On the first day of the installation, the installation team discovered that several components were the wrong size, either ordered incorrectly or sent by the manufacturer in the incorrect size. The job is less than half-completed in my office (I work from home) while we wait for replacement materials. That was October 3rd. They did attempt to charge my credit card as if they had completed the job. To their credit, when I called about the charge for the second half of the total cost (I had paid the first half upfront), they promptly refunded the amount, pending the actual completion of their contractual obligations.
