He counseled us to add distilled water and charge them overnight. So we did. But because they are so heavy and tricky to install, we brought them back the next day to see if the charge had taken effect. The good news was that they were looking a lot better! He recommended that we try them before investing in a new pair at great price. A week later and two shifts of the RV which cause quite a strain on the batteries, we are happy to report that those batteries are revived! And when they DO die, Napa will be our "go to " source for the replacement. Thank you for your expert guidance!

Gee and Gee had everything I was looking for in stock and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Unlike other shops, they were actually very willing to help me and knowledgeable of their products, which is surprisingly rare! I'll definitely make the trip to Leduc again to visit their shop! I got a call from service with a few items that need to be addressed. One of the items was an oil change..... if they looked at the sticker in the windshield they would see it was completed less than 3000km ago. Then the "typical" air filters a dealership likes to sell. I explained that the engine air filter was replaced less than 3000km ago. He continued to say it was dirty and needed to be replaced. I finally agreed. They left the filter in the truck for me to look at.... Yes it has a touch of dust on the outside but the rest is beautiful and white like it should be with less than 3000km. Second item is they wanted to do a wheel balance which I agreed needed to be done. They charged me over $150 to clean some dirt from my rim... Ok fair. But when I went to pick up my 2019 ram truck after paying over $3000.00 for "service" they couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick wash. Maybe the guy who charged me $150 to clean my rims could have given it a quick rinse?? Third item: The interior/exterior detail was never completed. He did explain that the lady who does it went off sick. Ok I can understand but the truck was in the shop for 8days and there was nobody else that could do it?? The last item that makes me realize the complete lack of detail at Leduc Chrysler is, my driver door has an awful squeak to it each time you open it. Normally I just put a quick spray on it and it's good for months. The service guys were in and out of my truck numerous times and would have definitely noted the loud squeak. But couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick spray. The only attention to detail you will find at Leduc is when it comes to your bill. So disappointed.

You might be thinking, review a gas station, but why?…read more I don't really have a huge problem with this gas station, or any really. I pay at the pump, so as long as that works I'm good. But therein lies the problem. I find the pay at the pumps at shell stations (in general) to be a pain. They take forever to work, especially in cold weather. And this station often is out of gas. Actually it seems like everytime I'm by here the pumps are closed. But all the other gas stations in Leduc, and the other Shell stations in Edmonton will be fine. It's a bit of a pain, especially because this location is in the really popular Leduc Common, and there's quite a bit of traffic here. If you're desperate for gas and in the area by all means swing by and see if the pumps are working. But don't be surprised if you have to head over to Mohawk or Petro Canada instead.

When I went to the service counter to inquire about getting the keys I was told by two ladies that they could not give me my keys as I had to wait for the service advisor and he wasn't there. My keys were sitting on the desk and they were extremely rude and dismissive. I will not be back to service any of my vehicles at this location.

We will have to order a tire. What? You bring me there and don't even have a tire for a Mazda 3?? AND it's not covered. What??? The only reason I waited three days and drive to the dealer was because it WAS covered. And then the service reception lady threw a snit when I said I would just leave. So I called my regular tire guy at integra and he had a tire in and repaired in 3 hours. Run run away from the LA Mazda.

All I got was you were busy with customers. Well I was a customer as well and one that got no attention to the fact of you earning my business. I am especially shocked And disappointed that someone in your position would allow such lack of professionalism in business. To me this dealership now unfortunately reflects the used car shop down the road where a car sales man is out to only earn the cash and not out to earn cliental. Yes I did not put a deposit down but I thought my words were clear in that I'm going to purchase this vehicle. Besides, you didn't even ask for a deposit. Also the common courtesy would be to have called me to see where I was at with purchasing this vehicle before any of you moved forward. He used paintless dent removal on small dents, re painted hatch with large paint chip, and repaired rock chips on hood. They found some rust under chrome trim on edge of hood, and remedied that as well. They did a beautiful job of everything, came in on quote, with no extra charge for rust repair. We are very happy with the whole job, and will definitely be telling others and send work his way. Thanks again Matt.

Matt took the time to explain everything, stayed within the set budget, and his techs did a phenomenal job on my Crown. It went from a faded, rusty dented mess to looking how it would have brand new off the floor in 1990. All the techs were amazing, friendly and actually took interest in finishing the car. Matt immediately answered any questions/concerns and welcomed coming by every couple weeks to see the repair process. Not once did I have to worry it was being mishandled and the end result was absolutely fantastic, thank you again!!
