I came here on spares during high school.. and now...many years later..I happily return with my own children. A few years back we even had our son's 6th Birthday here. It's been well kept, and updated. 16 lanes of 5 pin bowling with some lanes offering bumpers for the little ones (hey...they've helped me out a few times to ;). Pool tables. Vids. Glow bowl. Leagues. I was quite disappointed in the initial staff that were there to sell us the wristbands and credits. There was only one staff member and it took over 45minutes to just get our wristband even though they had already been open for over a half hour and there were hardly any people in the place. A huge line was inside the Trophy Room all trying to get wristbands. And because the sound of the arcade games is so loud their staff member I think was having a hard time hearing people and being heard themselves. Maybe a curtain or a door there would be helpful to eliminate the sound and make that area more practical? Or make it so you can purchase a wristband at the front desk area because there were 2 staff just hanging out there. Aside from that the games were fun and our kids were able to find quite a few even at their young ages to enjoy. Of course a majority of these games I feel like are geared to older children and adults. I like the variety of games- from old school basketball hoops and the DDR (that isn't DDR but a different variation), to the roller coaster simulator styles and VR too. There were probably a good 5-10 games that were down and not working. The bowling upstairs was looking really fun as well. Plenty of food options around- we sat in at the restaurant and this was the best part for me. The food was so so good! We ordered the Tempura Jalapeños ($13.50) - freaking amazing! Huge jalapeños and perfectly crispy. Truffle fries - lots of Parmesan and very crispy. But the kids menu was the best! $10 for a drink, main course and dessert! This Ally has many lanes, most of which were empty this evening. Tonight was a GLOW NIGHT EVENT. The alleys were dark. More dark than anticipated. Bummer experience, Due to extreme darkness and melancholy country music that played throughout our visit. We enjoy country, but the evening was filled with slow jams, not reminiscent of a fun family night out.... not what we thought we were signing up for. One employee stated the music was the morning cleaning crews choice. Another staff member stated the manager had the password to change the music, despite an inquiry, three hours into our excursion and upon our departure the melancholy music remained. We ordered several menu items, drinks which were mediocre. We made the best of an unfortunate situation, DISMAL. Looking forward to booking with another Alley in the future.

The pool tables were a little more than well-worn out, but it made the game that much more challenging lol (and frustrating for some). It seemed like the kitchen and staff just kept feeding us food, with a large selection of hot-out-of-the-oven pizzas, crispy popcorn chicken bites, and these little crispy beefy boneless rib bites (whatever they were was tasty)!
