The staff here are friendly and the place is pretty clean. Of course it is nearly impossible for 4 or 5 staffers to keep up with a swarm of children who can destroy a store the size of a small country in under 5 minutes but the staff here do a pretty good job. The pizza and food is a bit on the pricey side but nowhere near as expensive as the bowling alley where my daughter had her last birthday party. When you enter Chuck E Cheese, they stamp you and your children's forearms with invisible ink numbers to ensure a match when you leave. (Pretty smart cookies to not wash away the numbers). The highlight of the visit is always when Chuck E comes out and gives hugs & hi-5's before doing a parade and dance ending in free tickets being thrown into the air for the chitlins to collect. Inevitably, there will always be broken games & jammed machines but staff are always available to quickly refund your token and fix it whenever possible (secret service style talking to each other on their little microphones). The live action video recording blue screen area by the back stage is always a hit with my kiddos. My daughter likes to dance like crazy on the blue screen and it's free! They also have a climbing structure but trouble is you have to be pretty adept at climbing to make it up to the crawling tubes so my newly two year old hasn't gotten to experience that aspect yet. There are several rides where one token is good for two kids. There are games here challenging for any adult to master and easy enough for a two year old to have fun. I do think they hit the nail on the head by making every game and ride exactly 1 token! Tokens are 3 for a $1 or with coupons you can score 100 for $25. We've frequented this location dozens of times over the past 5 years and keep coming back. Are there things I would improve? Of course there are. I came here for my nephew's birthday. We had an awesome time! We got the 1hr all you can play deal. It was so worth it. We couldn't stop playing, laughing, competing. We had a blast! This place is good to have a bonding time with your kids play, take a break and snack, talk and go back again for some more fun. Chuck E. Cheese's is always a hit and miss. Days you can have an amazing experience and others not as good. My last visit was ok, we spend time with the kids, we took the all you can play deal, so that means that you can play all the games in a certain period of time * 1-hour average. Some times it can be super clean, but others and depending on how many kids are there it could be no as clean as I would like. The prices are not the greatest but at least they can keep the kids entertained. During my visits, there is always a machine out of service so as I said it is a hit and miss kind o place. read more

We have been going to Chuck E Cheese for probably 12 years. Pretty great play place. First of all. Super clean. Bathrooms clean, carpets and eating area clean, machines to play with are clean. Which is great because this place could be a petri dish of kids germs. I have found the staff to always be helpful and friendly. Games are usually well maintained, and if you loose a token to a machine it is not a big deal for them to give you another one. We had two birthday parties here and they were always well run with no issues. Cooked food could use an improvement. Pizza overly expensive and not flavourful. Wings and fries are meh if best. However, I do love the salad bar and I have found it to be fresh and a good variety. I also like that now you can partake in wine and beer, and I am happy that they have Alleycat beer to serve. This Birthday Party Bash was a great experience for everyone involved!! We had 30 kids, friends and family members who all were impressed by this location. The parties available and their descriptions were available at all different price points and act would have been just as effective for the kids. Each aspect of our experience had its strengths but overall the staff made our day such a success. We had a manager stop over and check on us a handful of times and our personal server was absolutely beyond FANTASTIC! They welcomed us, explained our event perfectly and never stopped the party from rolling along with complete ease. Our party went like any kids event as far as serving style but without stress or cleanup. My daughter turned five and had an absolute blast with the tokens, the food and the atmosphere. We did forget to warn the staff that she may feel a little shy when everyone sang to her but the staff rolled with and so did the mouse. Our food was AMAZING and I don't say this lightly. For a kids birthday the foodie of any crowd may not have been impressed by the variety available but we were. Our order was vegetable trays, chicken wings, pizza, cake and jugs of pop. Everything was so fresh: the BBQ pizza I would go back for any day, the cake was better than a bakery and the vegetables were gone due to their quality upon first bite being so obvious!! What can you say about Chuck E. Cheese. It's fun is exciting for the kids. They have a limited play from 30 to 150 minutes. The staff at the front are nice, and the food is decent. The one thing that drives me up the wall is the washrooms. Every single urinal is for children. And the mirrors are placed 3 1/2 to 4 feet above the ground. Do you know how strange it is to almost lay on the floor to take a look in the mirror. The urinals also need privacy dividers. Do you know how strange it is to go to the urinal as a 6'3 person at Chuck E. Cheese. Anyway that's the only thing I would change. Besides that everything's great. read more

Things seem to have gone downhill in our last three or four visits. Recently Chuck E. doesn't even bother to "do the dance" and an employee simply hands the kids a couple of tickets. Maybe the employees are bored, but this has been a real disappointment to the little ones. Many of the activity-type attractions have been removed and replaced by ones that just have you plug in lots of tokens in the hopes of a payoff in tickets, more like gambling than any sort of real fun for kids. I remember when8-10 tokens could keep a little one happy for quite a while - now you can literally go through a hundred of them in a few minutes on these new machines. I suppose that's the corporate push but it's simply not the same. Food has also gone downhill - kids didn't even bother to eat the overpriced pizza last time. I'm afraid our "Gramma Date Nights" at Chuck's have come to an end :-( It really is a shame. read more

Spent 300$ on a birthday party and got the worst service! From the time they sat us down for dinner it took them 45 min after saying it was going to be 5 minutes. We paid money for the time to play the games and wasted a lot of it waiting for food and cleaning up our own table because our server was no where to be found and or with another table. read more

Omg they have gone to time cards 15$ per child for only 30 min is a total money grab ! Tokens are more kid friendly you can make them last for a few hours. And your charging way too much for crappy pizza and soda 37.50 for med pizza and two soda ? Only the RICH can pay those inflated prices!
