A gentleman behind the bar said we could stay at the bar but the bar was closing. (Inside there were many tables still eating, and some customers stayed out outside eating under their umbrellas. Another woman, much more gracious, approached us and said we would indeed need to go the bar on the first floor as they were still open. Okay we said, but when we got to the bar, another unhappy lady behind the downstairs bar said no, they were closing the bar and suggested we drink outside. It's raining outside, we said, and the staff upstairs said to come here. Well, we are closing, she said and you can't sit here. There were several tables still eating downstairs too. We put our drinks down and walked across the street to the Tradewinds where they couldn't have been more friendly or welcoming. I need to know where my glass is as it has been over 30 days. She said there is no ETA on the glass. She said she would investigate and call me Monday. TIP: Apparently you must SPECIFY if you want your car worked on in the morning, otherwise you will be booked as an "all-day appointment", something that was never discussed or explained to me. I called in the actual shop location the day before my appointment to confirm and asked about when to drop my car off and was told that if it's there by 8:30am, it would be worked into the morning schedule. It was not. My car was not worked on until 4pm. Their guarantee was that my car would be done by end of business, which is posted as 5pm, my car was not finished with the keys in my hand until 6:30. I wasted a day of time off from work, no vehicle, and missed my kid's school event because of their untimeliness and miscommunication. Furthermore, it looked and seemed like my car was completely rushed to get done, because it was. Shoddy work all around the glass, interior was not vacuumed effectively of glass and debris from windshield removal, and other issues regarding new windshield installation. Called corporate and complained about this experience and will also call back to follow-up because I paid $1200!!!!!! for this installation which was TWICE as expensive as done previously through local businesses. NEVER. AGAIN.
