Dr. Chuck and Dr. Christina do excellent work, and the staff is friendly, professional, and always accommodating (they even offer water while you wait). The office, waiting room, and restroom are always clean and well-kept. Most importantly, the quality of care is consistently top-notch. If you're looking for a dentist in the area, look no further. This was a required second consultation, as staff had told me I needed. On the phone, I was told I would need a new consultation; otherwise, I could have continued with the original treatment plan from five months ago, which was cheaper. That is why I came in expecting a new evaluation. From the beginning, she repeatedly asked if I wanted to start treatment before properly looking at my teeth, referring back to the consultation from five months ago and trying to use that same plan. I only agreed to proceed if the consultation would be based on the same pricing and plan I had originally discussed. Only then did she reluctantly examine my teeth, and even then it lasted less than a minute. It did not feel like a proper evaluation and felt like she was rushing through it. When I asked if she was the same orthodontist who did my original consultation, she confirmed yes in an angry tone and then walked away before I could ask any further questions. There was also a clear communication barrier, and she did not explain things well or seem to fully understand what I was asking, even though I was speaking respectfully and calmly. After the brief exam, she changed the treatment plan by adding spacers, which increased the estimated cost from about $85 to around $115 "maybe." This felt inconsistent, especially because I had been led to believe I could continue with the same plan from five months ago if I proceeded. It also did not make sense to me that adult teeth would change significantly enough in just five months to require additional procedures like spacers, which are typically used for children with developing mouths. I am 19, so this change felt unexplained and unnecessary, especially since I was also told extractions would likely be needed either way. Overall, the interaction felt rushed, unclear, and dismissive. The attitude and lack of explanation made the experience feel unprofessional and discouraging. That kind of approach drives patients away, because people need clear communication and respect when making medical decisions. Maria was kind during my previous visit, but this experience with the orthodontist was not satisfactory in terms of communication, professionalism, and clarity around treatment changes.

I did not appreciate her chair side manner and filed a formal complaint via email with office staff. I was seen last week by a Male Doctor (I am unable to remember his name). He did an amazing job numbing me and cleaning out an infection. I was suppose to receive a root canal / crown today and Dr Khalil barely numbed me and then immediately referred me to a specialist. I won't be able to see the specialist until Monday. She was working on two patients simultaneously, which I felt was inappropriate. When I was seen by the Male Dentist last week, he completely numbed me and it took two hours for the anesthetic to wear after I left. I left the office today at 4:30p and less than 15 minutes later the numbing sensation is already gone. I told Dr. Khalil I could feel pain but then she decided to refer me to a specialist. The Dentist last week had no issues. I would not recommend Dr. Khalil at all. She has poor chair side manner and the only "instructions" she said was to not eat for 20 minutes and presented with attitude when I questioned her as to why I needed to see a specialist and when I told her I was completely numb last week.

When Dr. Trammel learned my father passed away he put a rush on my dad's bridge so that he may be buried with a full set of teeth. But the years caught up with this dentist. 6-7 years ago he botched my root canal and crowns. I complained to the staff about pain and discomfort but I was ignored. I had other problems that the staff ignored. Tremmel finally retired due to health problems. I ost a tooth because the gum area became infected. I complained for 2 months about the pain but was ignored. A new doctor redid my root canal but it was always painful for 3 years. Last year I was sent to a specialist and he informed me that when HD redid my root canal they did NOT clean out all the bacteria. HD did a poor job making me a partial because I lost that tooth. The partial was painful and it actually moved my back molars that it attached to. Instead of moving my Terr back the dentist shaved my teeth. They just replaced the crown that was not done correctly with a larger crown, but that moved my back teeth and I'm now biting down on my gums. Now they are saying they may have to shave my bone! Or this or that! It appears that I go in for one thing and they keep adding things. My day we called that padding the bill. So, my bite is messed up and the back teeth are still digging into my back gums. I left. Never to return. My suggestion don't go here because it's all about how many procedures they can force on you. They create problems so they can charge you more for more procedures.

Unfortunately, it felt as though their primary concern was financial rather than patient care. I recently moved to the area and chose this location based on convenience, but I regret that decision. From the beginning, I explained which teeth were my main concern, yet those concerns were overlooked despite my repeated requests. One of the teeth I was most worried about actually broke shortly after the temporary crown was placed, and even then, the issue was never properly addressed--despite it being my top concern. The one positive interaction I had was with a dental assistant who created my temporary crowns--she was exceptional, and even the doctor commented on the quality of her work. I wish I remembered her name. After that visit, things went downhill. I made it very clear multiple times that I would be out of town for work starting October 18th and had arranged my schedule to come in on Friday the 17th before flying out. Despite this, I arrived at a completely empty office. I left a message at the door, only to receive a text confirming an appointment for the following day--Saturday--when I was already out of state. I had stressed repeatedly that I could not make Saturday appointments. Because of this scheduling mistake, I had to wait over a month for another Saturday appointment. The communication system they use only made things worse. Even after confirming via text, I continued receiving repeated texts and phone calls as if my confirmations didn't register. On the day of the appointment, the front office called multiple times while I was driving in, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. The overall attitude of the office staff felt more focused on payments than on patient experience. At one point, they even sent someone out solely to collect payment in a way that made me uncomfortable and felt unnecessary. As for the doctor, while they were not rude, they also did not come across as very experienced or seasoned in the field. This added to my concern, especially given the issues with my treatment. I will not be returning to this office or any of their affiliated locations. Based on other reviews I've read, it seems I'm not alone in experiencing issues with the front office. It may be time for the staff to receive additional customer service training. For your own peace of mind, I would recommend seeking dental care elsewhere.
