Great quality & great service, but also greatly (high) priced. It also seems that time/date promised is unusual for this area, but Lee stuck to their promised time/date. However, I will only use for gentle or precious items because $80 for 10 items is a bit too steep from this transplant from Houston. Maybe a rewards program might make these prices more palatable... read more

I used Lee cleaners for shirts years ago but this time I went there to put zippers on 2 jackets. I purchased the zippers from the fabric store and had Lee's cleaners put them on for me. The zippers were 36" for one jacket and 24" for the other jacket, the price was almost $80 for both jackets which I thought was way too expensive. Their efficiency is good, however the prices I was given for my scrubs was 5 dollars an item, not a set, had I know they charged 5 dollars for something a scrubs I would have never taken them there. I usually do then myself but wanted to try them out because I have very little time between hospital, kids and home. read more

I dropped a dress off for alterations. The dress was not cut correctly, now the back is longer than the front and one side is higher than the other. They had to retake to top up again where they didn't do it right the first tim. this is for a wedding and too late to order another one from Terry Costa. This is now a 300.00 dress that they screwed up! I would not use them for my dogs blanket! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! It was terrible service and I paid $45 for two pairs of pants hemmed. The workers wanted to argue with me about the price and I told them if they were too short i'm coming back to get my money back and they said they won't do that. Horrible. I gave them 25 pieces and was told they would be ready the next day at 5pm. Went over there to see some of my clothes on hangers behind the counter with no plastic bag over them. He immediately tells me they only have some pieces ready and the other pieces would be ready tomorrow. I thought this was weird because I called around 7am asking to cancel some of the clothes and he said "no no no. We already started cleaning." But a quarter of my clothes weren't ready. He clearly lied about starting the cleaning. I asked him what happened and he said "this kind of things happen all the time at dry cleaners." I told him this has never happened at any dry cleaners I've gone to. I then had to tell him to put the plastic bag over the clothes he had finished cleaning before handing them over to me. He then told me to pay the full amount for the clothes. I told him I wasn't going to pay for things I don't have. I tried to explain (although he was literally screaming over me) that I will pay for what I have now and will pay the remainder tomorrow when I receive the clothes. He starts yelling that he'll keep all of the clothes until tomorrow. We went back and forth about whether or not he'll keep the clothes or me pay full price. He then said "ok. You pay half now and half tomorrow." I told him the money wasn't the issue. I only want to pay for what is currently ready so everything is easier to track tomorrow. He starts screaming and telling me that "no one except you is difficult". Am I wrong for not wanting to pay for a service that was not rendered? The nice lady who worked with him finally said she would do a separate invoice and I thanked her because that's all I asked for. She completely knew what I was saying the entire time and knew it made the most logical sense but didn't say anything because it was going to go against her boss. Do not come here. The owner is rude and unprofessional. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. They lost 3 items (a pair of shorts and two sports bras). They are absolutely terrible and have very, very poor customer service. They also gave us someone else's clothing, which we returned and asked for our clothing back and they did absolutely nothing except offer $3 off our bill. We have called them multiple times and they have no idea where our clothing is. We will not be giving them any more of our business. read more

Holy freakin asian man. Now i see why its called lee cleaners. I couldnt understand him after he repeated himself 3 times, but im going to chalk that up to me being hard of hearing sometimes. VERY HORRIBLE PLACE. I do not recommend. My friend took a few items there and some of the items came back messed up. A wool sweater got returned shrunk and a few sizes smaller than it was before. And a silk skirt came back with a lot of snags in it. When we took it back in he immediately started denying that he did anything wrong. He wouldn't even let my friend speak and then telling her that he didn't believe anything she was saying and that she was lying. Then kept interrupting her and wouldn't let her talk I had to budge in and ask him to hear what she had to say. Then he asked her to try on the sweater that he shrunk right there in front of him in the public area. She put it on over her shirt and it was so obvious that it was not the size it was before she brought it in. And he said it looked fine. There's a lot more but moral of the story he totally neglected how we felt and that he messed up the items. Offered nothing in return and kicked us out. Go somewhere else. He will ruin your clothes. read more

In all that time, I've only had one shirt ruined and they paid me a fair price for the damage. I've had hundreds of shirts laundered, so there at over 99% success rate.
