He is very straightforward about what is possible. My first order I left two vests and 6 pair of pants which needed waist and hemming. The vests needed significantly more work. The total for all 8 pieces was $210 which I found extremely reasonable. He estimated a month completion and was done a week early. I have dropped off another 8 pieces today- 5 pair of pants and 3 dresses. I am confident I will get them back finished beautifully.

She even pressed it to make sure the folds were neat and fit well for packing into our carry-ons. She did a great job on telling us what needed to be done depending on our requests and walked us through the entire process to make sure we got what we wanted. I needed a dress altered that was too tight in the sleeve openings and way too wide for my torso…read more When I picked the dress up after the alterations were complete, the dress fit perfectly on my torso but the sleeve openings were still slightly too tight. I explained and was told they would try to make a bit more room in the sleeves for me, if possible. Within 10 minutes I tried on the dress again and it felt SO much better and fit great. I really appreciate that they listened to me and made every effort for the dress fit me beautifully. Note: If you arrive on the weekend and the building is locked, just give them a call and they'll come get you! The building is an office building so the front door locks on the weekends.
