When we arrived at the hospital didn't sit down because they took us immediately to his room and began normal presurgery prep. Everyone was very professional and timing each room entry when the previous pre surgery procedure was finished. Very efficient use of time so no waiting on our part. Then Kevin explained in detail what to expect. After surgery he was brought back to his room in no pain and alert enough to play online chess. We entered the hospital at 8:15 am and he was in his room, after xrays and recovery time, at noon. He followed all the rules and was moving his feet back and forth in bed. The nurses and physical therapists were very accommodating and always there when needed. When he was allowed to stand and walk hall he did very well and was in zero pain. Next morning, day 2, he was able to walk stairs and walk halls and do bathroom duties. He was cleared to go home one day after surgery. He took meds as advised at home. We wrote everything down. We don't like opioids so didn't take except Tramadol every 12 hours as needed. He's been alert and very ambulatory using a cane on day two because the walker didn't work for him. The best thing that he likes is the ice pump machine they sent home from hospital with him to keep his knee cold. He has kept the swelling down and pain down with that machine. He does have a little pain but it can be managed and he does his exercises to keep the knee moving most of the time instead of keeping it stiff. This is day three and he is surprised how well he is doing. Didn't expect it to be this good. His results may not be typical. He is 66 and plays golf and fishes tournaments so he has always been active and stayed in shape. He has put up with pain for years so he said he can put up with a little pain now while healing. Dr. Goding is an excellent surgeon and cares a lot about his patients and it shows.

She treated my painful heel via conservative measures, and in less than a week, my pain is almost gone. She answered all my lame (get it?) questions, and she is really nice, as is the check-in lady. Her diagnosis was accurate and I've seen great improvement. I highly recommend her if you have any foot problems. I just wish I had gone to see her sooner.

Any other person who is sitting waiting can hear everything... he's very kind . I have Medicare and a supplement . It always covers all of my chiropractor care. However I received an additional bill from them for around 900$ . I was a Chiropractic claims analyst. Didn't feel right. Staff said they had forgotten to have me sign a paper for paying these charges. These are charges that Medicare didn't cover. . Sounds strange. Providers I think are to accept what Medicare and supplements pay. .i dont derstand the need for another $900 dollars from me? When I started questioning they said to ignore it and since I didn't sign it I didn't have to pay. Wonderful chiropractor and staff. but after initial visits average time was 5-8 minutes per visit . Very effective treatment but no patient privacy and felt like I was in an assembly line. His care was great but not going back. Other chiropractors don't give u a separate bill to pay what Medicare didn't. Almost an extra $1000??? I'm not saying he's doing anything wrong. The hippa yes. But if I was still a nurse claims analyst I'd be digging a lot deeper.

I told them from the get go, my goal would be to adjust what needs to be & be able to visit as little as possible. My lower back injuries were from high school, and not only did they asses it flaring up again - they took me through everything I needed to do to get myself adjusted & feeling back to myself again. They were super easy to talk to, work quickly & their hours are perfect to get in before work. I overuse my good foot to compensate for my weaker one to the point that both feet/ankles became so painful I can't always walk. Was able to be seen immediately and now have a plan to get me on my feet and hopefully be able to walk better, with far less pain on a daily basis. Highly recommend. Dr Davidson was able to give me a couple of additional inserts for my shoes to use along with the orthotics I already own and my feet felt better ( walking) than they have in the last 2 months. I'm hopeful that the rest of the treatment plan he has suggested will increase my quality of life. Definitely off to a good start.

I achieved excellent range of motion early in my therapy. Kassi had a great plan for me. My surgeon was very impressed with my results at my 2 week follow up. Kassi assessed my progress each week and added exercises as need to address areas needing improvement. I have recovered very nicely, and I attribute most of that to the team at Absolute Performance in Grimes!
