They got the order out quickly and as you can see, they are just gorgeous. So befitting a young man who fibbed about his age and at 16 joined up to serve our country in WWll. Hydrangeas and Southern gentleman go hand in hand. I wish every florist was as nice as these people were!

I ordered a happy birthday mylar that was not included. I had to ask where it was. I was told since I did not get delivery, it would be included for free. What? I paid for it! I looked around the shop and noticed what looked like a blood-soaked mattress propped against the wall. I will tell you what. I had not been in that shop for 16 years and I will never, ever order anything from them again. The word is out. What a shame.

There is a scam going on and has been going on for some time that you buy a Walmart gift card as I did and before you even get a chance to use the card the balance is cleaned off from an online purchase which comes up as store#9115 which is an online purchase. I purchased a Walmart gift card for my daughter in 21 April 2018 at 5:11pm in Warrenton, VA, and on 22 April at 3:34pm a purchase on the gift card I purchased not even 24 hours ago had been completely wiped out from a online purchase. We did not know this until 10pm that night when she tried to use the gift card and it kept declining it and so had a manager look into it to tell me the card was empty and give me a printed receipt of the list of transactions that took place on the gift card account, none of which we did. So my husband and I did a little looking into this only to find out it has been going on for quite sometime and Walmart has yet to do anything about it. This is the same breach as Target, Home Depot and many other big brand name stores have endured and have lost a lot of money because of these incidents, yet these issues at Walmart continue and no one has done anything about it. I've contacted the store where i purchased the gift card at and they told me there wasn't anything they could do because it was used online, so I contact Walmart customer service number, which you have to jump through hoops to get someone to transfer you to the fraud department, where the fraud representative took down the info and stated they are aware of the issue and have a whole department who is looking into this issue worldwide. So you knew it was going on and you have people working on it? But yet it still continues, doesn't make sense to me and i read several articles and forums where people have been having these issues for 2 + years but Walmart doesn't care to fix the issue they just sweep it under the rug. Well no longer!!! This is a security breach of your own company's gift cards and you are still allowing it to happen. So from now on I'll just continue to buy from amazon.

I was blown away by my experience at this locally owned flower shop! I stopped in to check out a…read morebusiness I had passed by probably over 100 times in my life growing up in Warrenton. I had no idea what I was missing all these years! The decor is absolutely beautiful; the flowers are fragrant, expertly crafted and always fresh. My favorite part about the experience, though, had to be the Polish pottery displayed all about the room. The owner shared the fascinating history about how these beautiful pieces are made. I won't tell you myself, but I highly recommend you ask next time you stop in. I mentioned that it was my birthday while I was buying one of the mugs (pictured below), and the owner quickly began picking out complimentary flowers for me and my grandmother! I am definitely making this my go-to flower shop anytime I come back to Warrenton, and will never buy flowers from a grocery store again! Support local businesses

The employees are clearly there just to collect a paycheck, and it's easy to see why--there's zero accountability. Management is completely checked out. The store manager is useless, and the so-called "managers" under them do absolutely nothing because no one is making them do their jobs. It's a free-for-all of laziness and incompetence. Policies? They don't matter here. Open bags of mulch, soil, and rock in the garden center are supposed to be sold at 50% off, yet no one enforces it. Cashiers don't care, supervisors look the other way, and management couldn't care less. It's a complete failure from the top down. This place is a shining example of what happens when leadership doesn't lead. Pathetic.

Just a horrible experience and an inferior product with absolutely no accountability. I ordered 4…read moreyards of topsoil to fill a culvert and they were super prompt and easy to deal with. We had purchased river rock in the past and try to stay as local as possible to our house for these things. The four yards of topsoil arrive and seem ok although I mention it seems like it's more clay than topsoil. It was workable and going into a culvert so it wasn't the end of the world. I ordered 12 more yards to be delivered and I wasn't there for the 2nd delivery, but was there for the 3rd and finally stopped the rest of the order. The loads were so compacted at this point I couldn't work the "topsoil" with a shovel. The clumping and color got redder and it was apparent I'm either getting fill dirt, even the driver referenced "that's what we got" and was clearly not trying to defend this was a quality product. When I called the nice lady at the desk she said that people come from all over for their topsoil and she was sorry and would let the owner know. Told her to cancel the last 4 yards and they said they would give me a store credit. I didn't want a store credit but more importantly, what are you going to do about basically delivering fill dirt? A couple of days go by and now Victoria the account is engaged and she apologizes and says the owners have contacted the supplier and chew them out. Super, what are you doing for me? They did issue a refund for the last four yards AND deducted a 3% fee (I assume the fee credit cards charge them). BTW, no one has come out or asked for pictures until I mention again there's a bigger issue, what are you doing about the product you delivered. The response was all sales are final. Wow, no adjustment on the costs between topsoil and clay or fill? Seems like a perfect business model to never take ownership of your mistakes. I get it, someone provided you an inferior product. So go after them. So I fully expect the owner to come in with a response that somehow covers them (see other reviews on Google), but I'll let you judge with the pictures that I will post. I went and got topsoil from another supplier and it is night and day difference in quality, texture, etc. Literally, you'll see a photo of red clay dirt (theirs) being cover by black topsoil as I would have expected from them. The last picture is just one of three buckets (tractor that is) full of clumps so big of clay you would have to cut or break them up somehow. The right answer is to come to inspect the situation, realize the mistake, adjust the bill to fill dirt pricing, and apologize. Mistakes happen, but you either take ownership or you compound them.
