I had my will created with Young Law Group in March of 2024 as I was referred by a friend of mine her had hers done with them. I was assigned to Austin and my experience was pleasant and structured as well as on time. 5k investment Thereafter, I started attending their monthly events at the Brazilian steak house that are very generous in giving meal and education to community of women. The one thing that left me thinking that there is a leak in systems and with staff is that I referred my partner to them to create a will and emailed Austin to connect with him as a potential lead for service. Austin never replied and only replied after my partner emailed him a second time after 2 weeks with no response that he was no longer interested given lack of customer service and lack of response. Either their staff is overwhelmed and or they dont have the training on customer service for appropriate response time for leads. That would have been a $5k+ sale. Make it make sence?? It also looks bad on my end referring them when they dont follow up with appropriate timing if at all. read more

I regret retaining them. The work was shoddy, and I suspect it was not done by an attorney, but by office staff (cousins? nieces?) using a software template. There were glaring errors that lead me to believe an attorney never even reviewed the work prior to it being presented to me. Would never refer anyone here. I feel like they stole from me. read more

If i could give this review a 0 star I would. I regret ever trusting this firm. I met with Ms. Young for what was advertised as a "free consultation," and the high-pressure sales tactics I experienced were unlike anything I've ever seen from a professional, especially an attorney who holds a position of power. I left feeling intimidated and overwhelmed, and later discovered multiple google reviews from other clients describing very similar experiences and yesterday I read the Yelp reviews from her past clients who have had similar experiences. Stay away from doing business with Ms. Young! After 30 days of trying to get her to return my calls and before filing a formal complaint with the State Bar of Nevada, I offered Ms. Young a simple and reasonable resolution: refund my payment, shred my documents, and formally terminate our relationship. She declined my offer. Now nearly five months later she responded with a settlement proposal that I found to be extremely insulting and concerning, especially from an attorney who should be held to the highest ethical standards. I am sharing my experience because I don't want anyone else to go through the stress, pressure, and financial loss I did. Attorneys hold a great deal of power, and when that power is misused, it can be incredibly frightening for clients. I truly hope the Bar's investigation helps prevent this from happening to others. read more
