Very much worth the $5 entrance fee, I enjoyed the 90 minutes I spent here and would give it a firm recommendation. A number of hunting trophies from smaller to large sized, which definitely is not my thing. I was able to look past those and see the more human-made artifacts. Military uniforms and other clothing for enlisted and officers through several different conflicts. A huge collection of firearms, including some classic pistols and some amazingly well maintained rifles. A collection of law enforcement items including badges, guns and handcuffs.

There is so much to do and explore here! The music section is definitely a favorite as you get to test out so many instruments! Everything was well maintained (minus one or two exhibits that weren't functioning at the time). The toddler area is great for the little ones to be separate. Personally, I was absolutely stoked for the shadow wall - it's just a fun/silly thing to do. When we ventured upstairs we didn't realize there was a theater until a staff member asked if we were there to see the show. Since we had to get going, I asked if I could peak in real quick to check it out and he was totally fine with it. It looks so cool! We will definitely be back to catch a show in the future.

I had specifically gone because of an exhibit about the team of French illustrators whose work for Harpers Weekly more than 150 years ago helped document the movement west, it was very impressive - I included several pictures even though this is the last week of the display. I am glad I stopped here and I think the people of Greeley have done a great job sharing and preserving their heritage!

In my experience, bison reared on Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming or Missouri grasses is generally fair to exceptionally delectable and rich. A recent experience with Kansas grass-fed bison was passable, however less exciting.
